More than a tour…a privilege - My family of two adults and three children (ages 12, 11, 5) took a half day tour with Mystical Mumbai. Our driver, Mukesh, and tour guide, Aarti, were absolutely phenomenal. To describe them as “good” would be insulting. They were so much better than that: Engaging, personable, compassionate, funny. They made the city come alive for both the adults and children, treated us as honored guests and kept us safe the entire time. The driving was excellent. The car was comfortable. They regaled us with facts, stories and anecdotes of Mumbai modern and past. The following day, the children weren’t talking about the tour as much as they were about our tour guides, which is really saying something. I cannot recommend enough the tours by Mystical Mumbai. It is a great company run by real locals who provide a real human touch, who take immense pride in their work and who will show you Mumbai in a way you will not forget. Thank you!

Perfect first glance at Mumbai. - Nice driver (Mukesh) and guide. They showed me all basic spots keeping my space. Some walking with the guide while driver stays with the car (not easy to park in most interesting areas). Some shopping visit but to a quet store with a very well-mannered owner. I liked the shop despite the fact I am not a fan of any souveniers.

5 star services, Great hospitality demonstration, Knowledgeable And safe drive - Excellent in administration, Owner is Warm personality. Very flexible in discussing plan and organised structure.
Well deserving 5 star rating for the service.
Driver is thoroughly known about places in Mumbai and has knowledge not just an information which any educated person might even have. Driving was not at all rash and disciplined approach.
We had our visitors from globe, Europe, U.S.A and South America & had really appreciated they were supported with hospitality service received by Mystical Mumbai is travel plan.
Definitely car is very clean and well behaved driver (Plilot I would say)
We look forward to obtain service from Mystical Mumbai for any future oversee travellers and even for Country wide travellers for Mumbai Visit

Best shore excusion experience - Most shore excursions are hurried with guides who memorise their delivery. NOT HERE. The guide was flexible and knowledable. Aarti made all the difference. Dwelled at sites as the group requested or shortened it. A lot of one on one. She even bargained for us.

Wonderful day - We had a really great day with Aarti and Mukesh. They are so friendly and knowledgeable. We got to see everything we wanted to and then some. We especially enjoyed the walking tour through Dharavi Slums since they live there. We learned a lot throughout the day and had fun despite the heat. The car was very comfortable with very strong AC, which was a blessing! The company was very communicative from beginning to end. Definitely recommend Mystical Mumbai Tours!

Best tour in Mumbai - We took the tour and everything went perfectly, from the hotel pickup to the end. We highly recommend our guide, Aarti, who accompanied us at all times and told us the entire history of this incredible city, with a wealth of knowledge about the sites and monuments we visited.
I highly recommend this tour and the agency.

Very interesting private tour - We had an amazing tour with Mukesh as our driver in Mumbai and Dharavi slum. Mukesh speaks English really well, he explained to us a lot about Mumbai during our tour. We saw a part of Dharavi slum with a local guide who showed us many different industries and afterwards Mukesh showed us a different part of the slum where we visited local family to understand the community better. We felt safe even in the narrow and dark slum streets. I would recommend Mukesh and our guide for everyone who wants to understand the life in slums better.
