Great way to see Munich on a short stopover - The big bus stops at all of the main attractions and the time between buses is just enough. Great drivers and the audio information is excellent

Great Tour - A great day out in Munich , takes you all round the interesting monuments , museums , palaces etc , the guide was very informative and friendly. We opted to get off at Karlsplatz and had a walk around before a gentle stroll back to our hotel, the Marienplatz is definitely worth a visit So many beautiful and fascinating buildings which have survived despite the wars. Very reasonably priced and highly recommended.

Great experience! - Great clean bus with audio guide. The top of the bus can be opened on a good day for open air viewing. The Green line took us all around the city and we got to see so many landmarks.

Great way to discover Munich. - Made getting around Munich so easy, being able to hop on and hop off is such a good idea. Prices very reasonable. You have a choice of tours. We did all.

Dirty buses, quick way to see some highlights - While the bus was a great way to see some of the main parts of Munich in the day, like many other complaints, the frequency of services means if you get off you may be waiting for a long time to get back on particularly the Grand Circle pass. The audio commentary was very helpful and interesting although the cleanliness and condition of the buses very poor, particularly when the company claims otherwise. I’d skip the Grays Line and go with the Red Bus alternative.

The reviews are accurate for Big Bus Munich! - I’ll give it 3 stars but all these other reviews are accurate and I’ve witnessed it myself. They have two bus tours the green line which has 7 stops and the orange line that has 3. I’ve yet to discover it on Viators site and the agent claim it’s listed here. I use a mobile device no where does it state it’s two lines and 11 stops. It could be pushed into 1 route to be honest. I think it’s more of a money grab stating they have two different routes. The tours are short, they claim to be an hour, probably because they sit at some stops for 10 mins. They’re unorganized, I’ve seen 4 buses sitting at stop 1 when they could be utilized somewhere else. I have also witnessed the stops and audio being out of sync, long pauses of nothing. I’m not sure if it’s the driver pushing the button early, or the locations off and there are some buildings that should have audio and didn’t. It is not worth what they’re charging. Big Bus do better.

Not the best - This dreary tour has zero excitement. However it does waste a couple of hours if you haven't got anything to do. The commentary on both buses I took was out of sync and didnt work at the start of the tour. For instance we were supposed to be looking at a fountain when it was a monument. Unfortunately the driver who was so unhelpful insisted there was nothing wrong.

Okay experience, overpriced for what it is. - Not many memorable points, useful tour for a whistle stop tour but no chances to jump on or off. Headphones are not packaged separately so who knows where they have been. Biggest positive it was a 24hr ticket.

Okay - Too long in between buses. Not enough stops: not worth the price. The thirty minutes it took to do the loop had good audio commentary at least

Beware, poor service for Big Bus Tours in Munich - We booked both routes for a day for two adults. We confirmed with Big Bus info that we were at a pick up point in the Green line and they said bus comes every 30 minutes We waited for an hour and called information again. They apologized for slow response but said heavy demand. When asked when we could expect a bus, they admitted they didn't know. I think they don't have a real time location finder for their buses. Finally, we told them we would not waste our one day in Munich waiting and asked for a refund. First, said no and offered a ticket for another day. We said this was our last day in Europe. They have ended discussion with a 50 percent refund. We walked around for another two hours, had lunch and then walked around some more and NEVER saw a Big Bus.
