Nuremberg tour experiencer - Paul was amazing for the Nuremberg tour. He navigated a group of 7 into the Regional express train, bus, & metro. He gave a good information of what we are seeing. He also did a good job choosing a restaurant for all of us in Nuremberg where we tried their Bratwurst. Everything was smooth there. Overall good job and thanks you.

Wonderful day in Nuremberg - We were fortunate enough to have a very small group (7) so this tour for us was very informative. We all had the opportunity to ask questions. Our guide, Paul, was my favourite guide of all the walking tours I’ve taken over the past 20 years. He communicated stories of history so eloquently and was incredibly personable. We learned so much, never felt rushed, and left the day really appreciating all the history we learned. Because it was a small group, Paul offered us any recommendations for further tours and restaurants in the area. I would happily take this tour again and highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning more about Nuremberg and its important history. Thank you so very much for the most wonderful day!

Munich to Nuremberg - Great trip! With the ICE in ~1h in Nuremberg, Altstadt and Kaiserburg are worth seeing, bratwurst and gingerbread a must. Compact, much doable on foot. Time a bit short for museums, parking expensive. Recommended!

Salzburg - The views are some of the most beautiful I have ever seen. Christian our guide was the best, his knowledge and his energy made the trip wonderful. He gave us many places to check out and they were spot on! Well worth every minute!

Radius Nuremberg tour recommendation - Elizabeth was both knowledgeable and fun as a guide and made the day trip to Nuremberg very enjoyable. We were accompanied from the Radius office in Munich on the near two hour train journey to the delightful Bavarian second city and learnt so much about the history of Nuremberg particularly about its role in the birth of the Third Reich. If there is a slight down side (hence the four instead of five score) it is only because the three or four hours there wasn’t enough time to get to fully appreciate the city and an earlier start and / or later finish might have been better. Despite this however, still a great way to see Nuremberg with everything taken care of.

Day trip to Nurnberg, needed more time.... - I enjoyed the tour however I wish that it left earlier so that it didn't feel so rushed. The train ride from Munich to Nurnberg is more like 1:45 - 2:00 hours long so a good portion of the day is getting there. We didn't depart until 11:15am. If this tour left at 10 or 9:30 there would be more time to explore the castle and town. The guide was very knowledgeable and kept us on schedule between trains, trams and bus. An overall good experience but I still feel it needed more time in the town and that can only be done by a longer day which may not for everyone.

Maybe not ... - Booked three (3) Radius Tours during our visit to Munich. This tour I could leave behind. No fault to Radius, however, our train in the morning was late so we missed our connection - time from Radius to Nuremberg was three (3) hours. Train on the way home was cancelled - Jeff was able to get us other accommodations, however, changing trains, etc. Good history, however, I expected more information on the trails and we never did have the opportunity for the Document Center which we were interested in. For us, we would have prefer to spend our day in another way. As the songs says, "Two out of Three Ain't Bad.

Our tour guide Hein was... - Our tour guide Hein was nice but I felt he was not as knowledgeable as other guides we had on other excursions. We only had about 50 minutes to explore and get lunch on our own in the old section of nuremberg. Wish we had more time to do that. The rally grounds were a disappointment. They were run down and in disrepair. This tour was not what I expected and a disappointment. A four hour train ride to visit Nuremberg for about 3 and half hours.
