Great performance - Great trip with Tom through history - i went with two 15 year olds and they were fascinated- very happy with this experience- great how Tom performed the tour like a skilled performer pulling artefacts out of his magic bag at the right moment to make the experience of history very alive

Third Reich Tour - highly recommend!! - Did a city tour with Jax and enjoyed it so much that I wanted to do his Third Reich tour but it doesn’t run in Jan/Feb.. Jax said he would do it anyway if I could get together a small group. In the end he took five of us the next day in the afternoon.
It was a really interesting tour. Enjoyed all the extra pictures he showed us along the way on his tablet and having everything presented chronologically really helped understand the history easily.
Although there are not many original sites to see today (due to heavy bombing), Jax kept us captivated throughout the entire tour with his style of guiding, which made us all feel included in the learning experience.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent Tour - Heart of Munich is great! Very highly recommended! We booked both the Third Reich Small Tour and the Munich Walking Tour with them. They were very responsive and organized while setting up the tours and meeting place instructions were very clear.
We did the Third Reich Tour with Jax. He was very passionate and knowledgeable about history and provided us with a lot of context of how the Third Reich came to be. Being a small group, he was able to engage with everyone and answer all our questions.
I would absolutely recommend Heart of Munich. You can see how much passion they have for the work they do!

Highly recommend Jax - We did the Third Reich tour in Munich with Jax (the owner) as our guide, and it was honestly amazing. The tour lasted a few hours and was at a really nice pace — not rushed at all. Jax was super knowledgeable and clearly passionate about the history.
What made it even better was that he only takes small groups, which was such a contrast to all the other huge tours we saw. Those big groups looked like they were struggling to hear anything, while we could easily chat with Jax and ask loads of questions. He had really detailed answers for everything.
It was such a great way to see Munich and learn more about this part of history. I walked away feeling like I’d actually learned a lot. Definitely recommend this tour!

We found this tour very informative. Our guide presented the information with sensitivity and knowledge. First rate job. - We were very impressed with this tour. Our attentive guide, gave a good informative tour as we walked to various places from Hitler's time in Munich. We felt it answered some of our questions about a difficult and awful period in history. Our guide was mindful of the cold weather and found places we could stand to stay a bit warmer.
Also guide Aileen helped us find our way to train station after the tour. She also gave helpful general info which was useful as we travelled on in Germany.

See and learn how this history began. - Our group was small. We could hear well and had time to ask lots of questions. Our guide expkained from the beginning how Hitler took over government. Walking over the same stones and seeing history in the stones made the sad story come alive. We had studied this history, Now we can put together how and where it happened
