Setting Sail on the Mega Star

Ahoy, fellow adventurers! If you’re anything like me, always on the lookout for family-friendly escapades that promise both relaxation and a splash of excitement, then the Mega Star Boat Trip is a must-add to your travel itinerary. Our day began with a leisurely morning, thanks to a last-minute change in our pick-up time. Instead of the early 7:30 AM start, we were able to enjoy a more relaxed breakfast with the kids before being whisked away at 9:25 AM. The anticipation was palpable as we made our way to the Kemer Marina, where the Mega Star awaited us.

Upon arrival, the sight of the Mega Star was a delight. Nestled among other boats, including some pirate-themed ones, our vessel stood out with its spacious decks and inviting atmosphere. The kids were thrilled, and I could already tell this was going to be a day to remember. As we set sail around 10:30 AM, the gentle breeze and the promise of turquoise waters set the perfect tone for our adventure.

Splashing into the Turquoise Waters

Our first stop was Phaselis Bay, a picturesque spot that seemed straight out of a postcard. The water was crystal clear, and the kids couldn’t wait to dive in. With an hour to swim and explore, we made the most of it, splashing around and soaking up the sun. Back on board, a simple yet satisfying lunch awaited us. The combination of pasta, chicken nuggets, salad, and bread was a hit with the kids, and it was just what we needed to refuel for the next leg of our journey.

The second stop at Cennet Bay was equally enchanting. The kids were kept entertained with onboard activities, while my husband and I took a moment to relax and enjoy the stunning views. The highlight for the kids, however, was undoubtedly the foam party. With lively international music playing, they danced and laughed, covered in bubbles, while we watched on, cameras in hand, capturing every joyous moment.

A Day to Remember

Our final stop at Kiris Bay offered one last chance to swim in the refreshing Mediterranean waters. As the day drew to a close, we reluctantly made our way back to the port, our hearts full and our spirits high. The return journey was a bit of an adventure in itself, with a slightly chaotic but ultimately successful transfer back to our shuttle bus.

Reflecting on the day, the Mega Star Boat Trip was everything we hoped for and more. It was a perfect blend of relaxation, fun, and family bonding.
