Great Sunset cruise - It was a great sunset cruise but we never saw any dolphins. I would recommend as long as your okay not seeing dolphins and just enjoying a cruise.

It’s a hit or miss - The Crew was awesome, but we never saw a dolphin, or any thing other than a few birds. I know it’s a hit or miss. The sunset did not disappoint. The length of the cruise was perfect.

Just ok - Boat ride was nice but did not see dolphins. The ticketing process was terrible, having to run all over town to get a voucher to take to get tickets

Better Luck Next Time - Read the Dolphin Guarantee closely! Booked this cruise to see dolphins but didn’t see any. They offer a dolphin guarantee but it means taking another cruise booked within 7 days. Just to take another chance. The crew was great! They were upbeat and we enjoyed the sunset itself but again, if you expect to see dolphins you might be disappointed. They do offer a regular sunset cruise so that would be the better option!

DO NOT WASTE YOUR $$ - This was the worst (and only) bad experience we had at Myrtle Beach. A 1.25 hour boat ride that required you to go 2-3 hours before to pick up ticket then drive a 1/2 hour or more to the boat. No refunds...once purchased your stuck! It was a lot of hassel and terrible customer service. We also saw NO DOLPHINS AT ALL. SO $100 for just a boat ride. The boat was crowded and we had to sit inside the widows were so filthy you couldn't see out. Restroom on the boat disgusting and no way to wash hands. No napkins or paper towels on board. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Awful Booking Process - It is through a 3rd party that will CALL YOU EVERY SINGLE DAY leading up to the trip to try to sell you more stuff no matter how many times you tell them to stop. THEN THEY WILL MAKE YOU DRIVE OUT OF YOUR WAY TO PICK UP "TICKETS" that are not even needed for the tour. AND is is a sunset tour not a dolphin tour and the "guarantee" simply gives you another boat ride. Don't waste your time with "Vacations Made Easy"

Why I won’t be going back to Crazy Sister Marina - Did not see a single Dolphin what so ever even though it says that you are guaranteed to see Dolphins. The Little River had much better Dolphin sightings. They actually have Shrimp boats out in the ocean to lure Dolphins to you and it works. The Crazy Sister Marina just drive around hoping they run into dolphins in a near by area. While the Little River actually takes you out far into the ocean and lures Dolphins with shrimp close up to you. The people on the Sea Racer at the Little River interact with the people on the boat a whole lot better and they will take your picture on the boat as well if you would like. And play good music while you are on the boat. It’s a way better atmosphere and makes you feel pride to take your wife on. If you take your wife on the Crazy Sister Marina. All you’re going to see is the disappointment in her eyes when she doesn’t see a Dolphin. So trust me and go on one of the Sea Racers at the Little River instead.

Avoid this! - You know you are in trouble when a company’s on-hold recording starts with, “We know you may be upset. Please be as polite as possible…”. I should have tapped out then. It took two managers to even figure out when our tour was. Then I had to drive half an hour to get a voucher that I could then use to get a ticket somewhere else. Although we arrived half an hour early as asked, they did not specify that the marina is 35 minutes from where you get the voucher. So we missed the tour. The voucher guy was nice, but (and I know this is hard to believe) tried to sell me a timeshare while I was finding out that we wouldn’t make the tour. After some pressure, I had to tell the guy I just wanted my nieces to see a dolphin, for heaven’s sake. We were bumped to the next day and could go straight to the marina where I had to stand in another line to trade the voucher for a ticket, and then another line to get behind the original line to get on the boat. We were able to see two fins (spotted by my niece) before the boat turned around to go back to the marina. The staff gave minimal information about the dolphins, but offered a “touch tank” of sea animals who were not alive. It was a very frustrating and disappointing experience, especially with children. There are many tour services, so avoid this one at all costs!
