- Wahiba Sands - After exploring Wadi Bani Khalid, the tour continues to the Wahiba Sands Desert. Here, visitors have the opportunity to meet a Bedouin family, enjoy coffee with them, and optionally ride a camel, followed by watching the sunset. The tour then returns to Muscat.
The Wahiba Sands Desert is a highlight of any visit to Oman. The stunning orange sand dunes provide a unique experience, particularly at sunrise and sunset.

Camel rides, sunsets and crystal clear water - Our day trip with Nasr was beautiful. Nasr was so hospitable, friendly and showed us how unique and gorgeous Oman is. The sunset and desert lifestyle was such an eye opener and has given my husband and I so many wonderful memories to take home. We loved the camel ride and bathing in the crystal clear waters. Highly recommend Nasr for a wonderful experience. Thank you again for taking us on our adventure.

Best tour ever - We really enjoyed the whole tour, perfect moment to share with family and friends.. I proposed to my fiance on this day, because it was the best moments with nature and now i thank star tour for that and the tour guide Mr Khakid Alraqadi was the best

Most magical day in the Omani Desert - My partner and I had an AMAZING tour with Khalid from Star Tours Oman. Even though it was a last minute booking, no details were missed and we were taken care of the entire time starting from the moment our tour was booked. Both Karen and Khalid were available for questions prior to the tour which made us feel welcomed and well prepared before the tour began. Khalid even brang spare hats for my partner and I as we did not have any.
Our tour started at Wadi Bani Khalid which was an absolutely beautiful paradise in the middle of nowhere. Although I didn't swim in the waters (my partner did), the scenery allowed for amazing photos and a deep connection to the natural surroundings. Khalid even organised for us to try Omani mango which was DELICIOUS and very refreshing.
My most favourite part of the tour was in the Wahiba Desert sands where we got to learn about the Bedouin people, eat dates, sip on Omani coffee and ride camels across the dunes. After we finished our camel ride, my partner proposed to me which was wonderfully captured by Khalid 🥰 we than finished by watching the magical sunset and taking LOTS of photos to capture our most perfect day in the Omani desert.

Best experience in wahiba sand and wadi bani khalid - This is our best day in the last 5 days. We never met any guide like him. Mr. Fauzi make our day so special. He go with us and explain everything in wadi bani khalid and wahiba sand.. such a greatful person he is…

Give us amazing experience - This trip was an amazing experience.
At the wadi, there was a beautiful lake where we could swim comfortably—it was refreshing and peaceful.
We visited the desert around sunset, so it wasn’t too hot and the atmosphere was perfect.
Riding a camel was also a lot of fun!
And above all, our guide made the experience truly special.
He was not only cool and funny, but also incredibly kind and attentive.
He was simply the best!

The guiding and driving in the desert was excellent.
If you come to Oman, you should leave it to them as your guide.

Best experience in Oman - We had a great driver with excellent local knowledge. First we stopped for a swim in Wadi Bani Khalid an then we had sufficient time at sunset in the desert. The sand was so smooth. Of course we did not miss the opportunity to meet locals and to make a short camel ride. It was worth every rial paid!
