The Grand Mosque is closed to tourists on Fridays and open to Muslims.

- Al Alam Palace - Visit the Sultan’s Palace, known as Al Alam Palace, in old Muscat, surrounded by mountains and ancient watchtowers.
- Mirani Fort - This visit includes viewing the castle from the outside, overlooking another castle called Al Jalali Castle. Guests can take photos from behind the palace, capturing the enchanting beach and the two castles along with the small bay.

Best of Muskat with a great guide - We had a wonderful tour with Hisham. He was extremely friendly and accommodating, catered to all our wishes, and was able to explain a lot about the visited sights in good English. We had plenty of time for everything that interested us, and he also provided great support during shopping at the souq. In short: We can wholeheartedly recommend this tour.

Amazing city tour - The tour was really amazing. Hisham with his sister Hana took care of me during whole tour. They were punctual, very patient and they took beautiful photos for me. They told me many interesting things about Oman and they made me taste local food which was so tasteful. I really recommend the city tour with them !

Fantastic experience - Beautiful experience,
Hisham was fantastic, punctual at the port, really clean luxury car. He met our every request
We visited the Muscat mosque, wonderful!
He explained everything in detail, both for the outside and inside.
We went to the sultan's palace outside, the opera house outside and the souk market driving through the alleys.
Everything perfect, Hisham also had fresh water in the car,
made us make a snack making us taste both the typical local desserts and their particular bread.
I absolutely recommend it!

Great experience - I had the pleasure of experiencing the half day Muscat city tour with Hisham, and it was truly a morning to remember. Unfortunately I was pressed for time so our time was limited, and we didnt get to all the stops. But Hisham expertly navigated me through the sites, bringing each to life with fascinating stories and historical insights.
It was an enjoyable morning and I really appreciated Hishams presence and energy.

Easy to recommend - I had an amazing tour with Hisham, who was incredibly friendly, easy to connect with, and very knowledgeable about the city. I really appreciated how tailored the itinerary was to my interests, sharing insights and fun local tidbits along the way.
Despite my flight delay the night before, he was very accommodating, adjusting the start time to fit into our schedule and always stayed in constant communication. What really stood out was how helpful hisham was even after the tour ended. He offered valuable tips on shopping, local pricing, how to best get around and places to explore outside of the city.
Overall, Hisham made the experience both personalized and memorable. I highly recommend him!

Evening Muscat City Tour with Hisahm – A Great Experience! - I had a fantastic evening city tour of Muscat with Hisahm! The tour was well-planned, relaxed, and full of interesting insights about the city.
We visited some of Muscat’s famous landmarks, which looked stunning at night. The stop at Mutrah Souq was a highlight—walking through the lively market, smelling the frankincense, and seeing all the local crafts was a great experience. Driving along Shati Al Qurum Beach in the evening breeze was also a nice touch.
The best part? Ending the tour with a peaceful sunset boat ride, which made the whole evening even more special.
Overall, a well-organized and enjoyable tour! If you want to explore Muscat in a fun and relaxed way, I definitely recommend it.
