Amazing historical tour and mountain views visit - Our third and final tour worh Oman Sharing Tour was with Said Al Kiyumi took us back in time to Nizwa fort and castle with his encyclopedic knowledge; and also the lovely souq where we bought items. It was lovely to see some of the history and ancient monuments. The drive to the amazing views of Jabal al Akhdar where we had a lovely meal at a Persian restaurant. Finished the day at Birkat al Mous where we visited the abandoned village of Harat Simbani, last rebuilt in the 17th century, and lastly the UNESCO heritage water channels Falaj al Khatmain also at Birkat. We learned so much from Said, and it was lovely having him as our tour guide and host. Despite forgetting some items we bought at Nizwa fort in the boot of the 4WD, he came back to our hotel and dropped them off. Lovely man, he is a credit to Oman Sharing Tours and to Oman. Oman is such a lovely safe place. Highly recommend this country and this tour, and Said Al Kiyumi.

Nizwa Fort and Jabel Akhder tour - We had an amazing time today at Nizwa Souq, Nizwa Fort, Jabel Akhdar, Diana point and the old village of Barakat Al Mauz and UNESCO irrigation channel. This experience was amazing because of our most experienced, patient and knowledgeable tour guide Said Al Kiyumi who departed his detailed at excellent knowledge from the point of departing from our hotel. He shared his knowledge on the mosques, architecture, landmarks and fort that kept us interested and engaged throughout. I liked his quizzes along the way and his attention to detail when visiting every site. He was attentive to our prayer needs and navigated us safely through the old village and irrigation channel and took lots of beautiful pictures throughout the trip. Said Al Kiyumi also gave us some family time at the Iranian restaurant where we enjoyed the food and views. The drive up and down the mountains was thrilling and we felt safe with him as our tour guide. Thank you very much for the whole day's experience and for dropping off items we left in the car by accident. A very kind gesture. Request Said Al Kiyumi as your tour guide. You will have an amazing experience. Ruksana- Frasers Suites Hotel Muscat

Nizwa - vibes of Oman - Nizwa, the old capital of Oman, is definitely worth a visit, especially early on Friday morning when the famous goat market opens. Nizwa Fort, the former residence of the Omani Imam, is also near. I went there with my tour guide, Khalil from Oman Sharing Tours, and it was avery pleasant and comfortable trip, ending with a coffee in Jebel Akhdar, probably the only cool place in Oman in the summer.

Trip to Nizwa and Jebel Akbar - Our guide, Nasr, was very helpful, knowledgeable and kind. He was punctual and picked us up at our hotel. The car was very comfortable and we were offered some tea, delicious Omani bread and water on the way to Nizwa. We visited Nizwa souk and Niwza fort. We had the opportunity to buy some spices, sweets, dates and souvenir at the Nizwa souk. Nasr explained Oman's history and gave us an interesting tour at the fort. We then moved to the mountains at Jebel Akhbar and witnessed some amazing views approx 2000m above sea level. We also visited a Palace and old houses in a village on our way back.

Excellent Tour of Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar with a Fantastic Guide - We had a wonderful day exploring Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar with Walid as our guide. He arrived early and patiently waited for us to get ready. Our day began at the Nizwa souq, where Walid guided us through the lively Friday goat market and introduced us to the vibrant shops in the souq. We had the chance to sample Oman’s famous Halwa and explore the spice market. Next, he took us to Nizwa Castle, where he helped capture some great photos. Later, we enjoyed a delightful time at Green Mountain. Walid ensured we had ample time to explore each spot without feeling rushed. We thoroughly enjoyed the tour and would highly recommend Nizwa Sharing Tours!

Amazing day trip - Amazing day trip to Nizwa especially on a Friday, when we visited the cattle market in Nizwa Souq. Fantastic local experience plus got the opportunity to taste the local food delight and buy the freshest fruit. Thanks to our wonderful tour guide, Said Al Kiyumi, who got exceptional driving skills (nail the roads to and down from Al Jabal Al Adkar) and is super knowledgable. Love this tour!
