The wadi canyon is remarkable, with its steep walls and breathtaking crystal-clear water pools, making it a sight to behold. Visitors can enjoy a swim in the refreshing cool freshwater pool or simply sunbathe. The wadi is so expansive that there is an opportunity to explore deeper into the wadi itself or perhaps visit its hidden caves.
- Wahiba Sands - In the afternoon, the journey continues to the renowned Wahiba Sands Desert, where off-road driving reveals stretches of pure sand and endless towering sand dunes. Here, one can truly appreciate and experience the authentic feel and magic of the Omani desert. There is an opportunity to visit a traditional Bedouin house to try Omani coffee and dates (subject to availability). Additionally, camel rides are available (3 OMR/8 USD) to the dunes, offering plenty of photo opportunities at sunset. After this desert adventure, the journey concludes with a drive back to Muscat.
