Great Private Touring from Muscat over 3 days - We booked three full day tours with Star Oman Tours. Day 1: Sultan Qaboos Grand mosque - Royal Opera House - Shatti Qurum Beach - Fish Market - Mutrah Souq – Muttrah Corniche- Al Alam Palace - Bait Al Zubair Museum - Parliament Photo stop. Day 2: Nakhal Fortress, Nakhal Hotspring, Wadi Bani Awf, Bilad Sayt Day 3: Nizwa Fort – Nizwa Souq - Bahla Fort – Jabreen Castle The first two days we had Waleed as our tour guide, while the last day was with Said Al Kiyumi. The communication with Star Oman was great from the start. Quick responses, very clear about what to expect, flexible to accommodate start times, switch days, etc. The sites, themselves, require no review. They were all beautiful and worth visiting. TripAdvisor has separate reviews for the sites. What I can say is the tour company delivered, and I would use them again. In particular, it was clear Said really wanted us to experience his beautiful country, and inquired many times throughout the tour what else he could do for us, and whether there was anything else we wanted to see. This was on top of a 10-hour tour day! We really appreciated his enthusiasm and willingness to do that. Hotel pickup was exactly as planned. Each night, we received texts vis WhatsApp to confirm the next day’s pick-up time, and whether we wanted any changes. Extremely flexible. We really enjoyed the three days of touring with Waleed and Said and definitely recommend Star Oman Tours. *****

Nizwa and Jabel Akdhar Day Tour - Booked a day tour to Jabel Akdhar and was blessed to have Mr Nasr as our tour guide and driver. Mr Nasr was extremely friendly and accommodating. His service was second to none. He is great with kids and even bought us drinks. Mr Nasr speaks excellent English and knows the history of every single place we visited. He doesn’t time watch and will let you take your time at every point. Thank you Mr Nasr for your service. If you book with Oman tours ask for Mr Nasr!!!

Great experience with Star Tours - We booked Nizwa and Jebel Akhdar tour through Star Tours.They provided a very nice 4×4 vehicle and we enjoyed the drive .Our tour guide Khalid Alraqadi was very nice .He explained things well and showed us beautiful locations .He took a lot of nice pictures for us too.Overall we enjoyed the trip a lot and I highly recommend Star Tours who promptly responded to all the queries we had.

Full day tour nizwa - We booked a full day tour to nizwa and jabel akhdar and had a lovely time with Mr Ali. He was wonderful and made us feel so comfortable and welcomed. He also has very good knowledge about Oman and that was very refreshing. We were with him for a long time and even though it was a tiring journey he still made us feel very entertained. Would highly recommend to plan your trip through sunshine tours. They are extremely professional and they know how to make your trip memorable.

Fantabulour Nizwa and Jeble Akhdar - I booked this trip thru viator and my Tour Guide was Khalid. He was spot on time at 0900 and we visited the published itinerary which included Nizwa fort- Souq, Jebel Akhdar, the village and lastly the beautiful scenes of Jeble Akhdar. Khalid was extremely polite, knowledgeable and i enjoyed every minute of his company. He did not rush and we had a relaxing day. He has a thorough knowledge of the history and it was interesting to know a lot of things whech were new to me. He was a pleasure to have a company. I strongly recommend Khalid as a tour guide 10/10.

Love Oman - fabulous tour! - We spent 2 days with Khalid Alraqadi as our guide. Today We visited Opera House NIZWA souq NIZWA fort Aljabal AlAkhdar (mountain) Birkat AlMuz It was excellent. Khalid made our journey fabulous with his kind spirit, knowledge, suggestions. He took us to places where the tour buses don’t go and we saw scenery and sites that were amazing. He also took a lot of pictures which he shared with us. We would highly recommend Star Tours Oman and Khalid!!!

Nizwa Tour- Recommend - Had a lovely day trip with Khalil Al Jabri, we went to Nizwa souq, Nizwa Fort / Castle and Jabal Akhdar. Khalil gave us great history lessons and local knowledge in those areas and was very accomodating and friendly. We also went to a date tree farm and saw Omans water system. I recommend everyone to go with Khalil on this tour, he has a lot of knowledge and is very kind and friendly.
