Great experience - Fun Waverunner outing in lagoon. Our teenagers always beg to go out on waverunners. Booked through Jetpack Adventures and it was a fun outing. Company is safe, well organized. Would recommend for sure.

I booked this excursion... - I booked this excursion for my friend's birthday, and he had a great time. I would recommend the hour slot as 30 minutes wouldn't be enough time. I love that photos/videos were taken. Also be aware of the changing marine fee.

Amazing experience - Excellent experience! If you’re scared the instructor will be right there to help you! There’s also a restaurant to have lunch after the jetskis!

New favorite transportation! - This was a wonderful experience. It was my first jet ski ride and they helped me calm my nerves and I did it. I went around the city and sighted some iguanas in the trees. The jet skis are well maintained and the staff was amazing. Thank you!

Great vacation experience. - Just came back from Cacun tha stay at Barcelo maya. It was unique from the time of your arrival to the departure the service from everyone is the best the cleanses of facilities room buffet restaurant the pool area all was great looking forward to go back soon.

Wave Runners - This is my second time booking with Wave Runner. We enjoyed the jet skiing and would recommend them. The guide was helpful with the beginners in our group. A must do when vacationing!

It was me and my two... - It was me and my two other friends. We all booked single jet ski’s. Upon arrival they informed us they only had one working jet ski availabile. Luckily my third friend did not come because she wouldn’t have been able to ride. The jet ski’s not working is understandable but I would have much preferred to get a phone call before making the trip. Also, they charge a $15 service fee, which I also feel they should have made us pay before showing up. After talking with the agent me and my friend had to share a jet ski but got to spend an hr instead of 30 minutes which we booked for. The workers in the water was nice. The experience was nice but had certain inconveniences.

Waste of time - Went for our reservation time, and was told that the jet ski broke. There was 4 of us for 1 jet ski but we all booked our own individual time slots. Wasted our time and money. No communication from the place
