Mom & Dot - We had a great time on our e-bike adventure in Costa Maya! We did get a flat tire, but Enrique was quick to bring us a replacement. We’re so glad we chose Toucan Tours!

A great way to explore the area - The team was great from the get-go and we loved the experience and would definitely do it again. The bikes for “men” were excellent as the electric part had multiple speeds and a front shock so they were very comfortable; whereas the bikes designed for women were not as comfortable, but still ok. I’d recommend if a lady was renting a bike that she rent the “men’s” one if the size works. One of us ended up getting a flat tire while we were out (which was not a fault of the bike but more a function of the fact that the roads and trails were rough in spots). I had to ride the bike back to the shop as I couldn’t reach someone to rescue me, but it worked out ok and we were nearing the end of our scheduled time. They charged me a small amount for the damage to the tire, which was surprising but not totally unreasonable. You can take the bikes into the local town and it’s a lovely ride but again there are sections of the road that are rough but totally manageable. Overall, renting e-bikes is an excellent way to be adventurous and see the sites.

Fun times! - Excellent service! Had a great time. The bikes were a great way to get around. We really enjoyed scoping out the surroundings.

This was our first time... - This was our first time and it was great! We rode to the boardwalk and stopped and had lunch and drinks, we wished ee had our swimsuits as as the boardwalk is right on a great stretch of water. Just had a hard time finding y'all.

Fun day in the sun - They saved more substantial bikes for us since we had a reservation and asked for them. Had a little problem with a loose pedal but Superman Eduardo came and fixed it then stayed nearby to make sure we were ok. Fun to e-bike the Malecon.

Very fun. Unfortunately,... - Very fun. Unfortunately, it rained until almost noon, so we only had a couple of hours to enjoy the bikes. The rain made it difficult to see the big potholes on the streets, so you had to be very careful. However, riding on the malecon was very fun.

Staff were very friendly... - Staff were very friendly and informative. Really didn’t need the e-bikes as the roads are very flat. Great way to enjoy the boardwalk.

Fun ride. Needed brakes. - Bikes were older. Mine had no front brake and marginal rear. Staff was nice. Quick pickup and return. Fun area along the boardwalk.
