Wonderful class - I booked this class for my parents and they had a really great experience with Chef Claudia. She taught them all about local produce and dishes, they prepared a vast array of food, and even made their own tortillas. Claudia kindly invited me and my partner to share this feast with them! They said she was a wonderful, funny host and teacher.

Great offer - It was super cool and Claudia and Lou did a great job! But it is more a shared, guided cooking than really a course. The visit to the market was mega interesting and educational. All in all a great offer! P.s.: the announced 2 beers were unfortunately missing...

An Amazing Day of Cooking - We had a wonderful experience shopping at the Central Market and at the villa for our cooking lessons. Our chef Claudia was very knowledgeable and personable, with a great sense of humour. We learned a lot about the local food and how the different chilis are used in cooking. The cooking lessons in knife usage, as well as using a mortar and pestle to get the best flavours out of the chilis, were helpful. I even enjoyed learning how to make fresh tortillas. I would highly recommend this experience.

Amazing market tour and cooking class! - We had a fantastic day—first exploring the local market in Valladolid and then cooking several authentic dishes. Claudia tailored the menu for us and our interests. We would definitely do it again!

A Highlight of our Mexico Trip 👍🏼🇲🇽 - We had a fantastic day with chef Claudia in Valladolid. First we went grocery shopping at the market learning so much about Mexican spices and vegetables. The best thing was that she asked us what we wanted to cook. She translated our ideas into a proper meal and then we bought the ingredients together. Afterwards she did a great job coaching us to prepare the tasty dishes and the different homemade sauces (of course she helped a lot!). Everything was sooo good! The whole family was more than impressed with the event. Our expectations were exceeded and we can highly recommend this cooking class.

Amazing food experience - We had several experiences with Alejandra and her team including cooking classes at their beautiful location in Valladolid and Puerto Morales as well as cooking with Netflix Rosalita. We also were taken to a local street market to buy the ingredients we needed for our classes. I learned so much about Mexican cooking and the culture. I highly recommend one of these experiences if you love food. The team all spoke perfect English, though I did try to use some of my Spanish

It is clear that the class is designed for people with and without experience in the kitchen. We enjoyed the food very much. - The atmosphere is very pleasant, you can feel that the experience is very local and personal. The attention from beginning to end by Alejandra was very good and her assistants were also very friendly. I would definitely return for another class.
