Myrtle Beach Fun - We always love a visit to the Hard Rock Cafe wherever we are visiting. The food and drinks were good and we always visit their store to get more Hard Rock Cafe shirts.

Great Rock Shop - We stopped to get a new city tee. The design is changed every couple of years. It had been 4 yrs since we were there. We didn’t have time to stop in the cafe. The person in the Rock Shop was very friendly and knowledgeable . She showed us the city tee and the other special tees that were currently available . She also told us about the purchase specials. We told her when we were there last there was someone that tie dyed the t-shirt if you had time to pick it up the next day. She told us it was her but right now there wasn’t any time for her to be able to do that. We told her about a different way to tie dye using ice . She hadn’t heard of that but would check it out. It was a very pleasant experience and she made sure we knew how to access the survey to get the $5 coupon for a future purchase.

Clean and amazing staff - This location is very clean and the staff is extremely friendly. Do not get worried if you can’t find it right off. Park and go into the inner side of the shapping area. The Hard Rock and many more are just inside. We drove around for 25 min and almost left because you can’t always tell where things are. The staff at the Hard Rock were so helpful to let us know how to get there.

Nicely done restaurant - The restaurant is really nice inside, and has a nice bar area. The staff service is good, the food is ok, nothing special. The prices are a little high, the smash burger was ok, the flame boiled taste was too strong , same with the chicken sandwich. The fries were good. Nice store as you walk out.

Dinner out - Didn't think the food choices were worth the money paid. The food was good but very expensive. The brownie option for desert was horrible. The servers were amazing.

Nothin rock and roll here. - Have not been here in a few years. There wasn’t much memorabilia in the building. The music was some sort of new age emo sounds. The atmosphere was horrible. The menu had very few options.

Disappointing Dining Experience - I went to the Hard Rock in Boston years ago and had a great experience, so we decided to try the Hard Rock during our family vacation to Myrtle Beach. It was a very disappointing experience. Food - Two of us got the legendary burgers, and they were amazing. Absolutely delicious, and good portion of fries. Two of us got the Tupelo chicken dinners, and they were extremely disappointing. We expected actual chicken tenders, but what we received were the size of a jumbo shrimp, with literally 12 fries on the plate. My husband joked that he got the kid size portion. The pepperoni pizza tasted like a frozen pizza I could have made at home. Kids - My children were happy with their pizza and chicken dinners, but they did not receive their free toys that were supposed to come with their meals. Atmosphere - We loved the rock and roll memorabilia. We did not love being harassed to buy extras the whole time we were there. We didn't even get in the door when the girl took our pictures with a guitar. We just wanted to eat. Turns out we could have gotten a few 4x6 photos for $80. No way. We had just sat down when a man approached our table and offered to make balloon characters for the kids...for a tip of course. The waiter made sure to tell us before we even ordered our drinks to check out the gift shop while we were there. After we finished eating, my daughter went to check out the gift shop and the others were standing there waiting for her. We were approached by 6 people who worked there to ask us if we wanted to go in the gift shop, did we know there is a gift shop, look at that guitar - there is a magnet like it in the gift shop. We finally just went outside to get away from them. It was very annoying and turned us off immediately. In summary, the burgers were great. However, we paid a lot of money just to be unhappy with our other food, and to be nickle and dimed to buy stuff the whole time we were there. We will not go back.

Terrible Experience and customer service - What a terrible experience, i made a reservation two weeks in advance. I wanted to go here because it has a great atmosphere, a band and is considered a great experience in the main dining area, instead they stick me in a small room with an eleavatorw with just a few tables. I complained to the manager that walk in diners were in the main dining room while we had a reservation and were in a crappy area, he said sorry and that he couldn’t do anything. Never again, our server was great though.
