Great experience of Fiji underwater 😍🦈 - A really great day diving - great crew on board, relaxed and went to 2 wonderful sights, including one with sharks! Unfortunately caters to denerau only, expensive to get to Denarau by taxi from outside to dive, is the only negative but the dive was worthwhile!

Amazing Dive Experience - We went on two - two tank dive day trips out of Port Denarau on Fiji. The website made it easy to request a booking and the company was great about inquiring about details including gear, sizes, and food. They also gave us great transportation and made our Fiji Trip even better. The diving was amazing with lots of marine life and a knowledgeable guide, we saw a shark, a turtle, and lots of other marine life including nudibranchs, an octopus, a stonefish, and a lionfish. The visibility was better than any diving we had done before. Fresh fruit and a breakfast of your choice were provided as well as water and wetsuits, fins, and masks. The boat was spacious, comfortable, and accessible. Nitrox is not offered but it was not necessary for the diving in Fiji in my opinion. Overall, great diving, I would recommend this company to any divers, novice or experienced or to get certified.

Family of 4 double dive, 10 out of 10 - We cannot rate Deep Blue Scuba and Water-sports highly enough. From my first email enquiry to them, they replied swiftly, with information I asked about. We booked a double dive for 4 open water divers, they accommodated all of our personnel requests. The dive experience was nothing short of amazing. We saw beautiful coral, reefs and marine life, we have never seen on previous dives, with other companies. Matt and Paul made us feel welcome, comfortable, during the dives, supplied lunch and returned us inside our timetable. We have come away from these dives with many brilliant memories. Thanks To Matt, Paul, Raphy boat driver, lady in the office and Kasinata. You gave all of us the highlights of our holidays.

Best dive company in Fiji - We had an excellent day! Came off a cruise ship and were only going to have enough time for one dive but the crew at deep blue were able to get us in the water a second time. Incredibly friendly people and amazing sites to see in the water. Thank you to Matt, Raffi and Pauli for an awesome day! We will be back!

Deep Blue vs Whitetip - We recently spent a week in Fiji and had the opportunity to dive with both diving operators in Denarau. There are pros and cons of each. Overall, we prefer Deep Blue over Whitetip. We started with some problems with the booking with the back office staff in Deep Blue. Communications, as mentioned in another review, needs improvement. Anyway, it was squared away and we dove the whole trip every single day possible (between the 2 operators) without further logistic problems. BTW, pick-up from the hotel is ON TIME, not Fiji time. The captains and divemasters of Deep Blue are meticulous and thorough with higher standards for safety. We had Ann as our divemaster for 4 days. While Ann and captain Pau are friendly, they take safety seriously. Data for every dive was logged and emailed to us at the end of the whole trip. Ann was patient and knowledgeable of the dive sites. The team took great care of all their divers. In between dives, Ann, captains Pau and Rafa filled us in on different aspects of Fiji's lives, diving in different parts of Fiji and local favorites. Whitetip staff are nice and friendly but more relaxed, also less engaging. We have our equipment but we noticed the rental equipment provided by Deep Blue to other divers was in great condition. All look brand new, way better than all the rental equipment we saw all over the world. We were impressed. Ann, captains Pau and Rafa took great care of our equipment after each day of diving and had them ready for us in the boat the next day. We also like the layout of Deep Blue's dive boat more than the Whitetip's. Whitetip's boat has the tanks in the middle of the boat. With seats on both sides of the boat AND 2 rolls of tanks in the middle, there was little space to maneuver. Whitetips also cram more divers and divemasters on the boat. Deep Blue's boat has tanks and seats on both sides and rooms between tanks for divers to sit. Way more comfortable in our opinion.

A drift dive of dreams - My husband and I are from Florida and went with a total of 4 divers on a drift dive with Deep Blue. Ann was our Dive Master. She was patient, informative, and very cognizant of all divers both in the boat and in the water. Our driver, unfortunately I don't recall his name, was knowledgeable in maritime requirements, currents, and waterways. While diving, Ann kept a close eye on divers keeping us close by tapping on her tank when one floated off to bring the diver back closer to the rest of us. She also kept a close eye on bottom and decompression times. Ann also lead us to turtles, sting rays, colorful corals, schools of lovely iridescent tropical fish you only see in aquarium stores, and more. Unfortunately, the current didn't allow for good photos. Next time I'll be ready with a GoPro. All in all, the experience was second to none. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. We will return to Fiji and dive with this company again. We not only felt safe but also pampered. Thank you Deep Blue for a wonderful experience.
