A MUST - Costas and Agatha brought everything to our villa located outside of Nafplio. The experience was unlike any other cooking class we have done! His expertise in his field is a true craft that we were fortunate to experience. He involved our 8 and 11 year old daughters with tasks that were new and exciting. Each of the 6 of us were invited to intricately participate with the cooking processes and we learned so much. The 4 course meal and wine pairing was one of the best we have ever had! We had hoped to book again after our incredibly memorable (and delicious experience), but they were booked the rest of the week. We are already talking about our next visit to Nafplio next year with more family and we will definitely hope to do another cooking experience with them! They are more than chefs, they are friends and we couldn’t have asked for anything more! Agatha was incredibly responsive and even helped provide other restaurant recommendations. Till next time!

Culinary highlight in Nafplio! - Top level, hands on cooking class. Kostas and Agathi were incredible hosts and we made a menu of Greek classics with a upscale culinary ethos. We learned about local products & wines & It was a highlight of our time in Nafplio!

Great experience for everyone! - My family had a wonderful time. The chefs were very friendly and personably. They explained all the steps very well and made cooking easy. I loved being able to taste the food with wine pairing at the end. I’d highly recommend.

Beautiful experience - We had an amazing time with Kostas and Agathi. Kostas is very welcoming while being very professional, we see that he enjoys sharing his passion for cooking. The prepared dishes were excellent , inspired by traditional Greek cuisine but with a real twist of modernity. The choice of wines was also perfect: wines from small producers, well worked. We then had dinner with them and it was a nice moment of exchange. We recommend 100%

Learnt a lot and had an exquisite dinner with great people - Gosh, this was such fun. Wonderful couple, terrific recipe explanations, very good wines, and a magnificent dinner at the end. Extraordinarily good experience in a high quality kitchen, with lots of tips and tricks noted.

Our favorite experience in Greece - The experience was amazing for my wife and I! Costas and Agathi were so welcoming - by the end we all felt like old friends. Costas is a great chef. He showed us many useful techniques that we can’t wait to try when we get home. The wine pairing for each course was well thought out and perfect for each course. What I’m having a hard time putting into words is the wonderful taste of the food. I never expected yogurt, chick peas and calamari to go together at all. But Costas performed magic and balanced everything into the best salad that I have ever tasted. I almost forgot to mention the baklava. Costas again showed us methods that took away any intimidating thoughts that we had initially. The sound of the chilled syrup as he poured it over the warm pastry he just pulled from the oven is something I’ll never forget. My mouth is watering just thinking about that sound and the flavors that followed. I hope I get a chance to go back someday. I HIGHLY recommend this experience to any one of any age.

Great cooking experience - We had a most wonderful and tasty experience with Costas and his team. We prepared a 4 dish dinner and almost all 16 participants took an active role in the process. But all of us participated in the wonderful dinner that followed, and the tasting of 4 wines. Thank you very much for an enriching and tasty evening.

Worth it - Costo and Agatha were excellent hosts and instructors. Costo found a way to engage all the participants even the non cooks. We also learned several aspects of the culture, wine and food. The finishing product was fantastic and the group of 5 of us had an absotuely enjoyable afternoon with meal.

An evening not to be missed! - This was one of our favorite experiences in Greece. Costas and Agathe we're warm and welcoming, creating an atmosphere of being in their home. We felt like we should have brought a housewarming gift! We had the pleasure of having the wine tasting tour and lunch the previous day, so we were expecting a fantastic meal and we were certainly not disappointed! Costas is traditional yet innovative in his approach to Greek cooking. Agathe's wine selections from the Nemea region were the perfect pairings. This is an experience not to be missed.

Wonderfully relaxed and informative cooking class - We had a wonderful time with Costas and Agathi. We cooked a fabulous meal and learned so much about Greek cuisine and wines. Costas and Agathi are so warm and personable we felt comfortable and at ease straight away. We enjoyed it so much we have booked another class before we go home.
