A Treat that will last a Lifetime - To experience Nagoya is to meet the people who make this place special. Grandma Junko and Chikako brings the joy of cooking through techniques she has learned throughout her life. It brought me back to the days of watching my grandma cook. This is the one “gift” you can bring back home that will last forever. She made cooking seem so simple, yet flavorful and beautiful. We can’t believe we made an entire meal (chicken wings, temusu, tamago rolls, spinach, Kamaboko artichoke) in a couple of hours. It was like, “Dining with the Chef”. To top it off, Grandma Junko showed us the techniques in a tea ceremony. I would highly recommend this activity. It’s an experience you’ll remember always. Thank you Grandma Junko and Chikako. We love Nagoya💕

Funny cooking in Japan - We had a great time. A private lesson, just my wife and I. A hands on experience with gracious teacher. Good food and a tea ceremony, too
