Amazing day in Nagoya - We had an amazing experience with our guide! He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the places we visited. Thanks to the insights, we were able to understand the local culture and history on a much deeper level. Everything was well-organized, and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. Highly recommended!

Half-Day Tour Delivered Good Experience - We had a half-day tour of the Nagoya Castle, Art Museum and Garden. Our guide, Todd Miura, did an excellent job accommodating our needs and explaining in English some interesting facts about the sites. Would recommend this for people wanting to have a guided experience in Nagoya.

Highly recommended! - We found our guided tour of Nagoya most enjoyable due to the knowledge and organisation of our guide Yoshi. We opted to go to Atsuta Jingu Shrine, Shirotori Japanese Garden and Nagoya Castle. Yoshi met us off our cruise ship and escorted us by train and taxi between the locations before putting us on a train directly back to the port terminal. All expenses including fares and entrance fees were paid on our behalf and came to less than £50 for the 3 of us. Yoshi is fluent in English, and was able to clearly explain all aspects of tour including history, customs and culture. We just wish we had taken more private tours like this instead of the overcrowded and hugely expensive tours organised by the cruise line.

Beautiful Nagoya Castle Tour - Todd was excellent & professional. We went to Nagoya Castle, Tokugawa Gardens & Mirai Tower in 4 hours. All great experience. We would highly recommend Todd & the next time spend more time at the Nagoya Castle & the beautiful Tokugawa Garden, since they also have a museum that we did not have time to see. Todd had an organized itinerary as we took the subway & taxi to our selected locations to efficiently & economically get from one place to the next.

Todd Miura - best Guide for trips to Nagoya - We visited Nagoya on 30 March, Todd Miura was our guide. Todd was by far the best guide we had in our 2 week stay in Japan. Todd is not only a very knowledgable and experienced guide, he is also great company to be with (which is not always the case with tour guides!) and is flexible with the programme - we changed our desired locations on the morning of our arrival in Nagoya, this was no problem for Todd who was flexible and creative with the logistics. We highly recommend Todd and would strongly advise anyone visiting Nagoya to book him. Thanks Todd for making our day in Nagoya so much fun and so enjoyable.

Learning about Japanese culture and history - Quite a bit of walking but well worth it! An enjoyable day with a knowledgeable gentleman and the shrine and castle visits were enlightening.

A pleasant journey - We went to Nagoya Castle , Tokugawa Art museum and Tokugawa Garden. Masami Is our tour guide. We had to change the start time from 10 to 12. We really appreciate her willingness to accommodate the last minute request to pick up up from the Aichi art museum instead of from the cruise terminal. Which made our stay at Nagoya so pleasant.

Very Informative, Fun, and Interactive - We enjoyed the tour a lot! It was helpful to have someone who spoke the language and Matt taught us a lot about the history and culture. We loved learning about and performing the processes of purification, praying, etc. 10/10 would recommend. My group of 3 also appreciated that we did not have to be a in a tour group of like 20 and it was more personal. As a tourist in a foreign country, I felt like many of the other tourists did not know what they were doing and just wanted to take pictures. We however got to learn the meaning/history behind things and how to correctly respect another culture. PS, also wanted to say it was helpful to have someone translate the luck fortunes because when I Google translated it, some of it made no sense! lol
