This tour offers a unique glimpse into the lesser-known aspects of Okinawan culture. With a local guide, participants will cycle through the city’s hidden alleys, embarking on a journey to the Zodiac shrines of Naha and Shuri. This experience provides an opportunity to observe contemporary Okinawans practicing worship traditions that date back to the Ryukyu Kingdom era. Participants will explore shrines, temples, sacred springs, royal mausoleums, and more, all in the distinctive Ryukyuan style.
With a bit of luck, the kami (gods), bodhisattvas, ancestors, and others may bestow their favor upon you and your family!
