Great tour guide - Hiromi was great. Very knowledgeable and spoke english well. Very organized with lots Pictures and slides to provide more detail and context. While it rained most of the day we were able to miss most of it by rearranging the places to visit. Don't worry about the steps to the underground Naval Headquarters. They are quite easy.

Outstanding guide and excellent driver - After we exited our cruise ship, Hiromi was waiting wearing a smile and holding our name sign. She escorted us to the car where we met the friendly and skilled driver. Hiromi had excellent communication with us before the trip, and made a minor change in itinerary to accommodate my moderate mobility impairment. Throughout our tour she was informative, helpful, and particularly attentive to my safety and comfort. The itinerary was well suited to the time allotted, and we were able to enjoy four sites including a tasty lunch at a local market. The coordination between the driver and guide was excellent as well. My wife and I agreed that Hiromi was one of the finest guides with whom we’ve ever had the pleasure of touring.

Perfect quick day in Naha! - Kumiko was awesome. She made a custom trip for us to see my childhood apartment, go to Hacksaw Ridge, Japanese underground Naval headquarters, and then took us to Pottery Street and to find Ryukyu glass. She was very knowledgeable about the Battle of Okinawa and knew the market like the back of her hand! The taxi she arranged for the private tour was perfect. He was patient, flexible, and very friendly.

Okinawa 5h military history and shopping day!! - Kumiko was awesome! She made a very customized tour for my husband and I, including a swing by my childhood apartment from when my family was stationed in Okinawa. She taught us a lot about the Battle of Okinawa and its importance in WWII. I will tell anyone wanting to see Hacksaw Ridge, that the stairs and hills are fairly strenuous. We made it, but as a middle-aged couple that is not as fit as we once were....lol....it was a workout! But Kumiko was patient and even had us bypass to grab some extra water. She had a taxi arranged to take us around, and Ohama san was very accommodating and flexible. If you are looking for a half day tour in Okinawa, this is the one to take! Request Kumiko!

Naha Tour - Hyde guided us during the tour. He waited patiently at the port due to the Customs process of coming off the cruise. He immediately help communicate with the taxi driver which the van fits up to 7 ppl. The downsides is he is very knowledgeable about Naha, unfortunately we had limited about of time being on port, we had to rush. I had a lot of my itinerary that I provided to him days before but not all the ones I requested were hit due to time or closures. I reserved this tour 2 weeks before the actual day and it stayed for me to wait 7 days before the tour of the tour guide to reach out to me. However, I heard no word and had to reach out to Hyde and he didn’t even know I booked this tour! I do not know if the agency didn’t notify him of the tour. I honestly felt like my tour could have gotten to areas that I needed to go as I did my research on how far the sites is from the port which are close. Recommend this tour if you are a history buff and just go to 2 sites. Other than that, book a shuttle service or taxi if you only wanna go shopping at Kokusai Street.

Poor Service - I have emailed a list of the places we wanted to visit but our tour guide didn’t follow our ideas. We wanted to have lunch at Makishi Public Market but he took us to Yomitan instead. We can’t buy the charms at Naminoue Shrine because it was too late the store closed already. We don’t have enough time to shop at Naha Kokusai Shopping street because he took us to a museum that we don’t really care. Very disappointed for such horrible services.
