A day at Nairobi National Park with captain George - I reached out to Rachel from Flexivel Kenya Safaris while looking for a simple trip to Nairobi National Park, and from the first message, everything just felt easy ancd genuine. No pressure, no overpromising, just clear communication and someone who actually listens to what you want.
On the day of the safari, we met our driver-guide, George, and that’s where the experience really came alive. You can tell immediately when someone loves what they do. George wasn’t just driving us around; he was reading the park, anticipating movement, and somehow always positioning us in the right place at the right time.
What stood out most was how natural everything felt. No rushing, no forced stops. We had moments where we just sat quietly watching animals in their space, which made it feel less like a “tour” and more like being part of the wild, even if just for a few hours.
Seeing wildlife with the Nairobi skyline in the background is something you can’t really explain until you experience it, and George made sure we didn’t miss a thing. From rhinos to lions, every sighting felt intentional and unhurried.
Rachel handled everything perfectly behind the scenes, and George delivered an experience that felt personal, not packaged.
If you’re thinking about visiting Nairobi National Park, this is one of those decisions you won’t regret.

Surprisingly great game drive with excellent guide David from Flexivel - We booked this weekend game drive through Flexivel Kenya Safaris and it turned out to be one of the highlights of our short stay in Nairobi. Our guide David picked us up from the hotel on time, and within 30 minutes we were inside the park. What a weird and wonderful feeling, you're driving through proper savannah with giraffes munching on acacias while you can still see the Nairobi skyline in the distance!
David has sharp eyes and real patience. He spotted a black rhino browsing in the bushes that we would have completely missed, then later found a small pride of lions resting under a tree. We also saw plenty of zebras, wildebeest, impala, warthogs, and a big troop of baboons putting on a show. The park felt surprisingly wild for being so close to the city, and David explained the rhino conservation work going on there without making it sound like a lecture.
The vehicle was comfortable, cold drinks were available, and David adjusted the route based on what we wanted to see. Everything ran smoothly – no rushing, no stress. If you're in Nairobi even for a day or two, do this. Highly recommend Flexivel Kenya Safaris and especially David. We'll definitely use them again if we come back for a longer safari.

5/5 – Great Family Day Out at Nairobi National Park During Easter - We visited Nairobi National Park with our family over the Easter holidays, and it was one of the best decisions we made during our time in Kenya. Instead of spending the whole day in the city, we enjoyed a refreshing escape into nature just a short drive from Nairobi’s busy streets. It felt like the perfect Easter treat, seeing wild animals roaming free while the kids were on school break.
The park surprised us in the best way. We saw black rhinos (a real highlight because they’re so endangered), a relaxed pride of lions, tall giraffes stretching for leaves, herds of zebra and buffalo, and lots of impala and gazelles darting around. The birds were beautiful too. What made it extra memorable was that classic view of wild animals with Nairobi’s skyline in the distance, it’s such a unique sight that the whole family kept pointing out and talking about.
Our guide, George, was fantastic. He was patient with the children, knew all the best spots for sightings, and explained everything in a simple, engaging way that kept everyone interested. Whether it was sharing facts about the rhinos or helping us spot hidden birds, George made the drive feel educational and fun without ever rushing us. He clearly loves the park and his enthusiasm rubbed off on all of us.
It was a relaxed half-day outing that worked perfectly for our family. The park isn’t massive, but we had plenty of great sightings and photo moments. If you’re in Nairobi during the holidays with kids, this is a brilliant, easy way to introduce them to Kenyan wildlife without a long journey.
We drove away happy and already planning to return next time we’re in Kenya. Highly recommended, especially with a knowledgeable guide like George!

Excellent Game Drive Experience with Guide David at Nairobi National Park - Joined my buddies for a game drive in Nairobi National Park recently and it exceeded all our expectations, largely thanks to our fantastic guide, David. He has this calm confidence and sharp eye that made the whole morning feel special. We weren't just driving around hoping to see animals, David knew exactly where to go and when, leading us to some beautiful sightings including a pride of lions and several rhinos.
What I loved most was how he balanced the wildlife spotting with great conversation and fun facts about Kenya's conservation work. He made sure we understood the importance of the park while keeping the mood light and enjoyable. The contrast of seeing wild animals with Nairobi's skyscrapers in the distance is something I'll never forget.
David is the kind of guide who genuinely cares about giving you the best experience possible. If you're in Nairobi with friends or family, I can't recommend him enough for your National Park adventure. One of the highlights of my trip!"

Fun memorable game drives in Nairobi National Park, thanks to David - I tagged along with my friends for a game drive at Nairobi National Park and I'm so glad I did! Our guide David turned what could have been a standard tour into something truly memorable. He was energetic, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited about every sighting, which made the whole experience more fun for all of us.
We had some fantastic encounters – a herd of zebras grazing peacefully, giraffes elegantly moving through the acacia trees, and even a black rhino that David managed to find for us after some patient searching. His stories about the park and its animals added so much depth to the drive.
David was also really good at reading our group's vibe, making sure everyone got great photos and answering all our random questions. If you're visiting Nairobi and want a guide who knows the park inside out and keeps things interesting, go with David. We left the park smiling and already planning our next visit!

Fantastic Morning at Nairobi National Park with Excellent Guide George - We visited Nairobi National Park this morning with my family, and it was such a wonderful experience. Being so close to the city yet feeling completely out in the wild was amazing. The park is surprisingly big, and we saw a lot of animals, it really exceeded our expectations for a quick morning trip.
Our driver guide, George, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, patient, and had a great eye for spotting animals. He made sure we got good views and explained everything in a way that both the adults and kids enjoyed. Thanks to him, we didn’t miss out on anything special.

Amazing Sunday Safari in Nairobi National Park with George from Flexivel Kenya Safaris! - Just finished a Sunday safari at Nairobi National Park with George from Flexivel Kenya Safaris and it was genuinely one of the best decisions we made. My friend and I wanted something easy but real, and George delivered.
He was punctual, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about the park. We got great sightings: rhinos (including a mother with a calf), lions resting under a tree, plenty of giraffes, buffalo, zebras, and impalas. The contrast of wild animals with the city skyscrapers in the distance is something you have to see to believe.
What stood out most was how patient George was. He stopped whenever we wanted, explained things without lecturing, and even pointed out interesting birds and smaller details we’d never notice on our own. No stress, no rushing just a really enjoyable morning in the bush.
Everything ran smoothly from pickup to drop-off. If you’re looking for a reliable guide who makes the experience special, book with George at Flexivel Kenya Safaris. We couldn’t have asked

From Diani beach straight into the wild — best decision we made - My wife and I were attending a conference in Nairobi and wanted something completely different on our last day. Flexivel Kenya Safaris organized a private morning tour for just the two of us. From the moment our driver pulled up with cold water and binoculars ready, we felt looked after. The park was greener than I expected after the short rains, and the light was perfect for photos. We spent almost an hour with a huge herd of zebras and wildebeest, then got lucky with a cheetah sitting on a termite mound scanning the plains. Our guide was brilliant at reading the animals’ behavior and positioning the vehicle so we had the best views without disturbing anything. What I loved most was how relaxed it felt, no timetable stress, just “let’s wait here and see what happens.” By the time we were dropped back at our hotel we were smiling like kids. Super professional team, comfortable vehicle, and memories we’ll talk about for years.

Magical Mini-Safari Right in Nairobi – David Made It Unforgettable! - We had the most incredible day today at Nairobi National Park honestly, one of the highlights of our time in Kenya so far. Just minutes from the bustling city, you step into this beautiful wilderness where wild animals roam freely with the Nairobi skyline peeking in the distance. It feels almost surreal, like a perfect blend of urban energy and raw African nature.
Our driver and guide, David, was outstanding. From the moment he picked us up, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about the park and its wildlife. He knew exactly where to go, had eagle eyes for spotting animals, and took his time so we could really enjoy every sighting without feeling rushed. He shared fascinating facts about the animals, the park’s conservation efforts, and even pointed out interesting birds we would have completely missed. David made the whole experience feel personal and special – we couldn’t have asked for a better guide.
The wildlife sightings today were amazing! We spotted a beautiful crash of black rhinos (including a mother with her calf what a treat!), a pride of lions lounging lazily in the grass, graceful giraffes munching on acacia trees, herds of zebras and wildebeest, impalas, ostriches, and so many colourful birds. The rhinos were especially magical up close; they look so prehistoric and powerful. Every time we thought we’d seen it all, David would find something new around the next bend.
The park itself is surprisingly lush and peaceful, with great roads for the game drive. Being able to see all this incredible wildlife while still catching glimpses of the city skyscrapers in the background is something I’ll never forget it really puts into perspective how special this place is.
If you’re in Nairobi, even for just a day, do not miss this. It’s the perfect introduction to a Kenyan safari without needing to travel far. Huge thanks to David for making our visit so memorable. We left with huge smiles and hundreds of photos. Highly, highly recommended!
