The journey began with an early morning departure from Mombasa, followed by a scenic drive to Tsavo East National Park. Upon entering through the Bachuma Gate, the first game drive revealed the park’s famous red elephants, along with lions, buffaloes, giraffes, and zebras roaming the vast plains. Lunch at the lodge provided a relaxing break before an afternoon game drive on a 4x4 Jeep, offering another opportunity to spot more wildlife. As the sun set over the park, the day ended with a delicious dinner and a peaceful night at the lodge. The next morning we started with an early morning game drive, catching the golden sunrise and the park coming to life. After breakfast and checkout, the journey continued to Taita Hills Wildlife Sanctuary, home to the iconic Salt Lick Safari Lodge. Built on stilts above a waterhole, the lodge offered unparalleled views of elephants, antelopes, and other animals from the comfort of the dining area and viewing decks. The afternoon was spent relaxing at the lodge, followed by an evening game drive in the sanctuary, where leopards, buffalos, and other wildlife were spotted. The night at Salt Lick Lodge was a highlight, with animals gathering at the floodlit waterhole, creating a magical experience in Kenya. The final day began with one last early morning game drive, maximizing the chances of seeing more wildlife before heading back to the lodge for breakfast. After checkout, the return journey to Mombasa was smooth, with optional stops for scenic views and souvenirs. 3 day safari in kenya - 3-day Samburu National Reserve Safari. The 3-day Samburu National Reserve safari offers an unforgettable experience in one of Kenya’s most unique and scenic game reserves. Located in the arid northern region, Samburu is known for its rugged landscapes, the Ewaso Nyiro River and rare wildlife species found only in this part of the country. On the first day, the journey begins with a flight from Nairobi Wilson Airport to Samburu. Upon arrival, the reserve’s dramatic scenery, including acacia-dotted plains and rocky hills, sets the stage for adventure. A game drive in the afternoon introduces the reserve’s rich biodiversity, with sightings of elephants, lions, and the unique Samburu Special Five—Grevy’s zebra, reticulated giraffe, Somali ostrich, Beisa oryx, and gerenuk. Our second day is dedicated to exploring the reserve through morning and evening game drives. The early drive provides the best chance to witness predators in action before the sun gets too hot. The Ewaso Nyiro River is a lifeline for wildlife and attracts large herds of elephants and other animals. Samburu’s open landscapes also make it easier to spot leopards, cheetahs, and wild dogs. Between game drives, relaxation at the lodge or camp allows for a deeper appreciation of the peaceful surroundings, with opportunities to interact with Samburu people who share insights into the region’s culture and traditions. On the final day, a sunrise game drive offers one last chance to witness the reserve’s incredible wildlife before departure. The crisp morning air and golden light create a magical setting, often accompanied by sightings of lions or herds of antelope grazing. After breakfast, the journey back to Nairobi Wilson Airport begins, leaving behind memories of breathtaking landscapes, rare wildlife encounters, and the warm hospitality of Samburu people. This short yet immersive safari experience provides a perfect blend of adventure, relaxation, and cultural discovery, making Samburu National Reserve a must-visit for nature enthusiasts and wildlife lovers, to add on contact Miss. Sandra of Grayton Expeditions, for all your questions about Kenya and Tanzania, will guide you on how to book a safari seamless.

3 day ol pejeta conservancy safari - 3-Day Ol Pejeta conservancy Safari Ol Pejeta Conservancy offers an incredible safari experience, blending wildlife conservation with breathtaking landscapes. The journey begins with a scenic drive through central Kenya, passing lush tea and coffee plantations before reaching the conservancy. Upon arrival, the vast plains and acacia-dotted savannahs set the stage for an unforgettable adventure. Wildlife encounters are remarkable, with sightings of the Big Five, including rhinos and lions, often within close range. The conservancy is home to the last two northern white rhinos, making a visit to their sanctuary both a rare privilege and a poignant moment. Chimpanzee lovers also get the chance to visit the Sweetwaters Chimpanzee Sanctuary, where rescued chimps thrive in a protected environment. Game drives, whether morning or evening, reveal an abundance of wildlife, from herds of elephants to elusive leopards, all against the backdrop of Mount Kenya. Beyond game viewing, activities such as guided bush walks and night drives add depth to the safari. Learning about conservation efforts and anti-poaching initiatives provides a deeper appreciation for the work being done to protect these magnificent creatures. Our Accommodation was at a luxury lodge. The staff were very friendly and attentive to detail, and there were plenty of different cousins from continental to local food, ensuring comfort while staying close to nature. 3 day Meru National park private Safari - 3-Day Meru National Park Safari Meru National Park offers an unforgettable safari experience with its vast landscapes, diverse wildlife, and fewer crowds than other parks in Kenya. The journey begins with a short flight, bringing you into a wilderness rich in lush greenery, meandering rivers, and open savannahs. The park is known for its impressive elephant herds, lions, leopards, and rhinos, alongside lesser-seen species like the lesser kudu and Grevy’s zebra. Game drives provide thrilling encounters with wildlife, enhanced by the park's rugged terrain and dense vegetation. The contrast of woodlands, swamps, and riverine forests makes it an excellent spot for birdwatching, with over 400 recorded species. The experience feels intimate, as Meru is less frequented, allowing for uninterrupted wildlife viewing. Our Accommodation was luxury lodges, offering stunning views and immersive bush experiences. Evenings are spent by the campfire, listening to the distant calls of nocturnal animals under a star-studded sky. We were left with a deep appreciation for Kenya’s untamed beauty, making Meru National Park a hidden gem worth exploring. 3 day private safari in kenya - 3-Day Private Masai Mara Safari My daughter (age 9) and I had the most fantastic time while on a recent safari with Grayton Expeditions. Everything was perfect; pick up and drop off from Jomo Kenyatta International Airport, hospitality, food, bush walks, camera traps, knowledgeable staff, driver/guide, game drives…to name a few! One month later, my daughter still talks about it like it was yesterday! She frequently asks ‘When are we going back’? Grayton Expeditions has unique personal touches which make you feel very special. We were also very lucky to see all the big fives and many more beautiful wild animals and birds. There was no dull moment and days were filled with morning and evening game drives accompanied by knowledge and informative staff, relaxing time by the swimming pool, conversation with other guests/hosts, great food and luxurious accommodation. We are already planning our next safari with Sandra of Grayton Expeditions!

3 day Amborski safari - Amazing 3 Days Amboseli and Mt Kilimanjaro Had an amazing holiday which was organized by Grayton Expeditions - we stayed in Ol Tukai Lodge which was in game reserves. All the hosts were very welcoming, the accommodation was extremely comfortable, wonderful food, and a very knowledgeable Driver/guide. We saw the big and the small '5' as well as lots of other animals and lots and lots of fantastic birds. The Driver/guide had amazing eyes and could spot something miles away that was extremely well camouflaged and there was no way that we would have seen it! The trip was very well organized by Sandra and the team - all the transfers between the airport and the lodge were very punctual as were the game drives in the morning and afternoon. It was an incredible experience which I will always remember, especially when we turned a corner on one of our game drives and there was this massive male lion fast asleep - it took your breath away!

3 Days masai mara private safari - 3 Day Masai Mara Private Safari Amazing, Amazing, what a truly fantastic experience. I enjoyed every moment of my holiday. The camp was excellent with incredibly helpful and friendly staff. We were so lucky with the animals we saw on the game drives and the driver/guide was very knowledgeable. A special thank you to Grayton Expeditions who was a great host. I would suggest that if you are traveling straight home after the safari opt for the airplane transfer. It is a long road journey. Thank you so much, Sandra and team, although I had been to Kenya before this safari was special.
