Ngurunit - The safari will commence early in the morning, heading towards the northern region of Kenya via Nanyuki, where there will be a brief stop at the equator crossing. The journey will continue through the picturesque farmlands of Timau to Isiolo for some last-minute shopping and refueling. From Isiolo, the drive will cover approximately 230km to reach Ngurunit. This route offers a warm welcome to the northern beauty, showcasing scenic hills like the renowned Mt Ololokwe, the charming Samburu people, and large herds of camels and other livestock. Upon arrival in Ngurunit, a secluded area nestled at the base of the Ndoto Mountains, the breathtaking beauty of this lesser-known location will be revealed. The camp will be set up, followed by a bonfire. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at a local campsite.
