KOBE TOUGH Beads & Leather - Next, visit the Bead Factory, a pottery company renowned for creating some of the world’s most beautiful beads. Witness the entire process from start to finish. This unique factory employs single mothers from the local community, providing them with a livelihood to support their families. The pottery, ceramic, and bead factory exports its exquisite gifts and souvenirs worldwide. A gift shop is available, offering a selection of their products. Please note that the workshop is closed on Saturday afternoons and all day Sunday, but the gift shop remains open seven days a week.

Karen Blixen Museum - You will then be driven to the former colonial home of Danish author Karen Blixen. Now a museum, this property and the surrounding Ngong Hills gained fame from the book and movie ‘Out of Africa.’ It is a must-visit for Danes and enthusiasts of African history and romance. Return to your hotel around 5 pm.

Nairobi to Hell’s Gate and Lake Naivasha National Park

Lake Naivasha - Depart Nairobi and travel to the eastern Rift Valley escarpment, descending to the Rift Valley floor en route to Lake Naivasha, arriving in time for lunch. Expect to see colobus monkeys, bushbuck, zebra, and giraffe roaming the grounds. After lunch, embark on a boat safari across the lake, where you may encounter hippos and various bird species, including fish eagles, pelicans, and occasionally flamingos. Then, stop at Hell’s Gate for a nature walk before returning to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay at Aloepark Resort or a similar venue.

Naivasha to Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve - After an early breakfast, your driver will take you to the expansive grasslands of the Masai Mara. Known for its rich biodiversity and diverse bird species and wildlife, the Masai Mara offers excellent opportunities for game viewing and bird-watching. Arrive in time for lunch at the camp. Afterward, embark on a game drive in the reserve to explore the savannahs of the Masai Mara in search of the Big Five and more. Enjoy dinner and an overnight stay at Rhino Tourist Camp or a similar location.

Full Day Exploring Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve - Spend the entire day exploring the Mara in search of the Big Five. Enjoy picnic lunches in the Reserve while taking in the beauty of the Mara, situated along the banks of the Mara River. Optional: In the evening, visit a Maasai village for a cultural tour at USD 20.
