Amazing service - Fantastic service we would have definitely missed our flight if we didn’t have there help getting us through customs. Nairobi is a very busy and confusing airport with lots of visas so we was 100% thankful for there service!

So worth it! - Umberto provides a top notch meet and assist service at Jomo Kenyatta. We spotted our guide immediately and she handled everything from getting in an expedited border control line, getting our baggage, loading it through the special x ray process, finding our driver and escorting us to the car. Well worth every penny.

Meet and assist at JKIA - Very professional and seamless service. We were notified of a delay in arrival of our flight into Nairobi and they were diligently waiting to receive us , swished us through immigration and luggage arrived within minutes of us reach the carousel . They gathered the luggage and guided us through Customs to our waiting car

- Relocated to another city from Nairobi with seven checked-in bags, so I booked and paid for a meet & greet service at JKIA in advance. Upon arrival at the airport by car on the night of 10 July 2025, I had to wait for a while as I arrived earlier than scheduled and all staff were occupied—understandable given how busy the airport was at the time. I did feel slightly frustrated as the phone operator repeatedly hung up before I could finish my queries. I mentioned this during the last call and she apologized. That said, the luggage handlers were helpful and efficient, making the overall experience a positive one.

Very unprofessional staff with lack of courtesy for other airport guest - As I was going through the JKIA security desk for departures, with a broken and visibly wrapped wrist, an Umbato Safaris staff member who was rushing her customers through loaded and pushed trays behind mine, injuring my wrist. I alerted her that I had an injury and thus pushing the trays would hurt my wrist. She stated that she could see that I had an injured hand. I let her know that she injured me in spite of seeing it. She continued to ram through, refusing to apologize, refusing to say her name, and refusing to give the name of the firm she works with. Her colleague attempted to apologize on her behalf, but she regurgitated defiantly to her colleague that I told her she had injured me. The security guard also asked her to apologize and she walked off. This occurred as her clients were also watching with bewilderment. I was forced to file a formal complaint with the airport oversight authority. This firm may have good reviews but has poor decorum towards other airport users.
