Outstanding - Outstanding service. Nairobi airport customs clearance and terminal transfers are not as easy as one might expect. Express line at customs. Terminal transfer is outside, over rough pavement. Waited for us until departure check in opened and escorted us through security and all the way to the departure lounge. Don't even consider trying this yourself.

Excellent Service - The airport meet and assist service is GREAT!! They have helped me several times. They are very helpful with gathering luggage, passing thru customs, and getting us to our next flight. I highly recommend using this service.

Well worth the money - I highly recommend this service both on the inbound and outbound legs of any trip to Nairobi. Although the arrival process is not so difficult, it's still helpful having someone there to greet you and help you navigate when you arrive tired after your long flight. On the departure side, I would not want to attempt it without the help. I travel frequently so I'm sure I could have figured it out, but having a guide there to help made it all stress-free. I would especially like to commend Esther, who helped us on our departure service - she was great and very calming when I accidentally left my purse at one of the multiple rather chaotic screening points along the way (she found it!). My only suggestion would be for the service to be more exact in specifying where to meet the representative on departure, besides just saying "Terminal 1C." We eventually linked up with Esther but it took a bit of searching as we were not in the traffic lane she expected. Everything else went seamlessly and my colleagues and I were grateful for the help.

Umbato is the best - First time user, they definitely have me as a regular customer. Everything you can think of wrt needing a smooth experience is what they solve for you.

The place to be for your vacation. Very quite. - These people are really professional and very friendly. Especially someone who was like their leader of service by the name Hudson was just amazing. He smilled and made sure we were satisfied with every service at all time. We felt home. Didn't miss our home. My fiancee and I have definitely loved the place

Love it!!! - This was my second experience with Umbato Safaris airport assistance and I couldn’t be much happier with them. Ruth and Hannah were amazing and made my experience super smooth. I literally went through check in, immigration and bags checking within 10 minutes during departure and even less during arrival. This definitely won’t be my last experience with them.
