Elephant Kingdom in Amboseli and a three-day jeep adventure in the shadow of Kilimanjaro..!! - As we set out from the hustle and bustle of Nairobi, only one thought crossed my mind - spend a few days in the midst of nature in Amboseli National Park, and if the mood is good, the snowy peaks of Kilimanjaro can also be seen! I loved the private safari, and Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris did just that. The car arrived on time, and the driver and guide, Joseph, were very sincere and experienced. On the first day itself, we saw a huge herd of elephants, who were walking slowly on the dusty path together - that scene still floats in my eyes. My stay was in a beautiful lodge - quiet, comfortable, and surrounded by greenery. The food was excellent - a great mix of local cuisine and Western dishes. Every morning and afternoon, Joseph would take us out on a game drive. I didn't know how to fly when I saw hyenas, cheetahs, giraffes, and colorful birds". One evening the guide said," "Keep your eyes on the left,"" and what a surprise - a family of lions was lounging comfortably on the side of the road"! The best moment was in the morning, sitting with coffee in hand and looking at Kilimanjaro. The top of the mountain was slowly glowing with golden light. It was one of the most peaceful moments of my life. Those three days were like a dream. Bencia Africa's team has designed the entire experience to perfection. If you want to experience the real beauty, wildlife, and pure nature of Africa for once in your life, then choose this 3-Day Amboseli Jeep Safari-Tie. I'm sure I'll be back - maybe in another park, but the guide and the company will be the same: Bencia Africa Adventure & Safaris.

Amazing luxury Safari in Amboseli - I highly recommend Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris. We did the 3 day Amboseli Safari and a 2 day Nairobi tour which was tailored for us by Mr. Alfred, the manager. He was easily accessible by WhatsApp and email, provided quick answers to all our questions and all the logistics went smoothly without any hitches. We had a good time, and his drivers/guides were punctual and polite. We are very pleased with the service and got good value for money. Thank you Bencia!

Definitely worth the money! - Great communication and itinerary. Our driver George was waiting in the lobby early! Very flexible on the daily schedule and always went over the next days schedule. We stayed at the AA Amboseli Lodge which was perfect. About 10 minutes from the main gate. The staff was super friendly the grounds are well manicured and clean and the food was really good. There's also an amazing view of Mount Kilimanjaro especially in the early morning from the pool area. I would definitely consider Bencia for my next safari!

the guides from this travel agency are excellent. - Among the many journeys, meeting a guide like Joseph is undoubtedly the most valuable gain of all on one Trips. He is not only an expert in punctuality, but also a friend with insight into the human heart. Joseph's respect for time is reflected in every punctual appearance. He knows that time is precious on Trips, so he never makes us wait. This quality of punctuality fills our day with anticipation and surprise. Joseph's kindness, he always paid attention to the needs and comforts of his fellow travellers in a way that was almost undetected. His every smile, every helping hand, is the warmest memory of the journey. His help is always reflected in the details. From the careful planning of his trips to the help he provides to his guests, Joseph always shows his professionalism and heart in the slightest detail. Every little move he made made made My Trips experience perfect. Joseph, a guide who gives in silence on his journey, is professional, attentive and kind enough to make every Trips easy and enjoyable. If I had the opportunity to embark on the journey again, I would have chosen Joseph as my guide again. He's the kind of person who can make your Trips better and more memorable. If you can read my review, I hope you can let him be your guide too. Trust me, there's nothing wrong.

3 Day Ambosali Safari With Bencia - My safari with Bencia Africa Adventure and Safaris was excellent. Alfred answered all my texts in a timely manner prior to my safari. Timothy was my tour guide. We had a good rapport, he was clearly passionate about his job. he was an excellent driver, shared interesting facts about the animals, looking up pictures to show me minor differences between species and wanted to ensure I saw as many animal s that i could. John was a great cook and accommodation met al my needs. Overall a fantastic safari for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend this tour company . Asante sana

Perfect Safari. From online booking up to the safari days. - We went to Amboseli with Morgan and John. They were great hosts, cooker and guide! Always on time, kind, open to share and patient. Any issue they were really resolutive and always with a smile. Their main priority was to give us a good time, in which they greatly succeeded! We would definitely recommend booking a safari with this company :-)

Fabulous guide and Amboseli experience! - Fabulous experience! Our guide, Joseph, was incredible. He has great people skills, reads people very well, and was accommodating/flexible - he knew exactly how to make the trip memorable and comfortable. We had three beautiful game drives where we saw dozens of families/herds of elephants, gazelle, zebras, cape buffalo, crested cranes, secretary birds, flamingos, too many other birds to name, hyenas, hippos, and even a lioness. Joseph taught us a lot of the animals and was great at spotting them. (Note: be prepared for bumpy roads in the national park) We choose the "economy" option and "camped" in cabins outside the park. The accomodations were basic but we had no issues and it was a great place to relax. (Note: bring a flashlight in case the power goes out briefly; there is hot water but no Internet) Our chef, George, made delicious meals for us with fresh ingredients from the market. He was fabulous. We choose to visit the Masai village, which was next door to our camp grounds. It was great learning more about their natural medicine and way of life. (Note: cost is $25/person; at the end of the visit, you'll have the opportunity to buy traditional beaded items and souvenirs - you'll pick everything out and then be told the price at the end, which was much higher than we expected, but bargaining is part of it and in the end, prices weren't too much different than what we found in shops along the way) This trip is great for families of all ages. It's been a highlight of our time in Kenya.

Good safari let down by some mis-selling - Overall I had a good safari with Bencia but there were some disappointing aspects to the experience. - I negotiated a price for the safari based on it being a private safari. I had expressed a preference for a group safari, but they told me there were no other customers who wanted to go to Amboseli on my dates. So on the basis of it being a private safari, we agreed on a reasonable price and I paid 30% deposit before leaving home for Kenya. However, the day before I arrived in country, they messaged me to say that another person was joining me on the safari. I replied that if that was the case, I expected a big discount as their costs per person were almost being halved. Well, long story short after some discussion I did get a discount but not really commensurate with it now being a group safari. - As I was heading to Mombasa after the safari, I asked to be dropped at Emali SGR station on the final morning, to catch the 9:30am train from there to Mombasa. They agreed to this, which was appreciated (well, the route between Nairobi and Amboseli goes through Emali anyway so it wasn't exactly a massive favour). However, I asked whether there would be enough time to do a game drive on the third morning, as it seemed to me there wouldn't be enough time to do one and still make the train in time. They told me there would be time for a short drive. However, at the end of the second day, the driver said we'd be going straight to Emali on the final morning, with no game drive. I feel I was a bit misled, and it would have been far better for them to be honest and tell me that given the demands of my schedule, a game drive on final morning was not feasible. And, therefore save me $60 in park entry fees for the third day. - Other than that, the safari itself was fine. The minivan we travelled in was perfectly acceptable, Kimana camp is basic but matched my expectations (we had a campfire on second night which is all I wanted!), food was plentiful and filling if not exactly very adventurous - but perfectly fine for a budget safari. Our drive/guide was OK but not exactly bursting with information on the animals we were seeing. He did gives us good, long game drives on the afternoon we arrived and then the whole of the second day.
