Upon arrival, guests will be seated on Zebra-striped chairs, ready for the movable feast to commence. The meal begins with the soup of the day, followed by a sizzling cast-iron plate, accompanied by a plate of freshly baked brown bread and butter. A team of carvers, dressed in zebra-striped aprons and straw hats, will visit each table, carrying Masai swords loaded with a variety of prime meats, carving unlimited portions onto the sizzling plates. Available meats include leg of beef, ostrich, leg of lamb, pork spare ribs, crocodile, chicken wings, pork sausages, beef sausages, and more. The meat feast is complemented by a wide array of salads and vegetable side dishes, along with a selection of sauces arranged on a two-tiered revolving tray at the table’s center. To stop the flow of meats, guests can lower the white paper flag atop the central tray. The meal concludes with dessert and coffee. The driver will then return guests to their hotel.
