Nairobi to Maasai Mara National Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - Guests will be collected from their Nairobi CBD hotel by our driver guide. After a warm welcome, the journey to Maasai Mara begins. A stop will be made at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, offering a stunning view of the Rift Valley floor. Upon arrival, guests will check in and enjoy a hot lunch at the camp. Later, a visit to a Maasai village is planned, providing an opportunity to engage with the Maasai people and learn about their culture and lifestyle. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at Rhino Tourist Camp.

Full day exploring Maasai Mara Reserve

Maasai Mara National Reserve - After an early breakfast, guests will depart for a full day of game viewing drives in the Maasai Mara Reserve. Picnic lunches will be enjoyed under a tree, allowing guests to take in the vast and beautiful landscape. The day will be spent searching for the Big Five, with high hopes of spotting most, if not all, of these magnificent animals, along with many others. The day concludes with a return to the camp at dusk for dinner and an overnight stay at Rhino Tourist Camp.

Drive to Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru National Park - Following breakfast, guests will check out and drive to Nakuru, with lunch en route. Lake Nakuru is known as “A beautiful wildlife haven.” Situated on the floor of the Great Rift Valley, surrounded by wooded and bushy grassland, it is truly picturesque. Arrival in Nakuru is expected in the evening, with dinner and an overnight stay at Buraha Zenoni Hotel & Resort.

Lake Nakuru National Park - Renowned for its sparkling waters and rich birdlife, Lake Nakuru National Park is a birdwatcher’s dream. The lake is often teeming with thousands of flamingos, creating a breathtaking scene. The park’s varied ecosystem includes forests, savannahs, and rocky outcrops, providing habitats for a wide array of wildlife, such as rhinos, lions, and leopards. The park is also celebrated for its stunning scenery, with panoramic views from the surrounding hills.

Morning Game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park and drive to Amboseli

Lake Nakuru National Park - After an early breakfast, guests will embark on a game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park, with hopes of spotting flamingos. Cameras should be ready, as there will be plenty of rhinos to see. The park will be exited around 1 PM, and the journey to Amboseli National Park will continue, with arrival in time for dinner and an overnight stay at Manjaro Tented Camp.

Full day at Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - Guests will wake up to breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro, weather permitting. A full day game drive in this remarkable park is planned, where the backdrop of Mount Kilimanjaro offers excellent photographic opportunities. The park is home to the Big Five, herds of elephants, and abundant birdlife. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at Manjaro Tented Camp.

Amboseli National Park - Amboseli National Park showcases Africa’s stunning beauty and biodiversity. Its iconic landscape is dominated by the majestic Mount Kilimanjaro, whose snowcapped peak provides a stunning backdrop to the park’s diverse wildlife and rich ecosystems. Nature enthusiasts can explore five distinct areas, ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulfur springs, to savannahs and woodlands. Visitors can also meet local Maasai communities living around the park and experience their authentic culture.

Drive to Nairobi

Nairobi - After breakfast, guests will check out and begin their journey back to Nairobi, with lunch along the way. Upon arrival, they will be dropped off at Nairobi City Market or their hotel in the Nairobi Central Business District.
