This is the ultimate way to explore Nairobi in just five minutes! From the top of this building, you can capture the essence of the city and enjoy a panoramic view of Nairobi’s offerings. The rooftop, which was historically a helipad, provides one of the most stunning views of Nairobi. This 360-degree perspective of the city center is unmatched. On a clear day, you can see some of the city’s green spaces, such as Uhuru Park, Central Park, City Park, Railways Golf Course, and the Nairobi National Park. Remember to dress warmly, as it can be quite windy, especially in the evenings.
• Uhuru Park Nairobi - This is a large public park named in honor of Kenya’s freedom and independence. On weekends, it offers various amusements for public enjoyment. It’s a must-visit location.
• August 7th Memorial Park - Continue with a walking tour to experience the vibrant atmosphere of Nairobi’s bustling city center. Visit the Mzee Jomo Kenyatta Mausoleum, Parliament, Kenya National Archives, and the “Thorn Tree”—the first post office at the Sarova Stanley hotel. Shop for local crafts at City Market or Maasai Market, with your guide assisting in bargaining. Gain insights into the tribes of Kenya from your guide. Visit the 7th Memorial Park, the site of the USA Embassy bombing, and get a comprehensive view of the city. You will then be returned to your hotel for lunch (at your own expense).
