Not as expected - First, I would like to point out that there is a difference between people and product in this review. I have no doubt that the intentions and engagement of making a great trip for us is there, but unfortunatly we did not think this tour lived up to its expectations. The reason is mainly threefold. First, we chose this tour because the entry/admission to Ol Pejeta was listed as included. When we arrived there we had to pay the entrance fee of 110$ per person and the tour operators response was that this was clearly stated in the non-inclusion as parking fees (see picture). They have now changed this, so hopefully there will be no confusion for the next traveller. Next issue for us was that there was no option for lunch throughout the entire day. We knew it was no lunch included, but in the tour description it was mentioned that we would «savor a delicious bush lunch under the shade of an acacia tree» (see picture), so we at least expected an option to buy lunch on the way. And when this was not the case, they should clearly inform the next custoumers that they might want to bring a packed lunch since they are away for over 12hours. Next was the transportation. The car we spent the entire day in was very uncomfortable. We are used to long and unconvenient methods of traveling, but this time i think we just expected more. From the advertised pictures (see pictures) in the tour owerview they used a safari vehicle, but in reality a van with no headrest and little legroom. The tour company have a responsibility to use photos and information that gives the right expectations for their customers. The national park it self is offcourse lovey! But in the end, you are not getting anything special from this tour. Nothing that stands out that you would not get from any other operator. So for two persons to pay 660$ for this trip was not worth it for us.
