The drive will take you through the scenic Kikuyu plantations, past Mt Kenya, and through Isiolo. You will reach Samburu in the late afternoon, where you will check in at your chosen Hotel or Lodge for meals and an overnight stay. During your visit, you will have the opportunity to see fascinating wildlife such as the Gerenuk, Grevy’s zebra, elephants, and the Rothschild giraffe.

Samburu National Reserve - Enjoy an early morning and afternoon game drive. The southern parts of Samburu are lush and cool, while the northern areas are hot and arid, offering a striking contrast that nature enthusiasts will find inspiring. A visit to the Ewaso Nyiro River will reveal majestic elephants, giraffes, antelopes, a variety of bird species, wild dogs, big cats, buffalo, and more. Dinner and an overnight stay will be at the Lodge or hotel.

Return from Samburu to Nairobi

Nairobi - After a delightful breakfast, depart from Samburu and head back to Nairobi, arriving in the afternoon. You will be dropped off at your hotel or the airport.
