Recommended Private Tour - We booked a 11-day private tour with Gazelle Safari in June 2025. We went to a number of places including Murchison Falls, Queen Elizabeth Park and Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and got to see families of gorillas, chimpanzees and golden monkeys. We were assigned to visit a family of 13 gorillas (with 2 silverbacks and 2 babies), and got to see them for 1 - 1.5 hours with a short 20-minute walk into the forest. Our cheerful guide, Hillary, has taken great care of us, and the service level was very high. He drove safely. He even prepared small picnics (with table set up) for us after long trekkings, and this really made this private tour stood out from the others. A very good choice of hotels that served good food and drinks. One of the hotels even offered free flow for the entire stay. Communications on pick-up time and location was also very clear.
