Windhoek to Etosha National Park
Etosha Pan - Guests will be picked up between 8-9 am to board the vehicle and set off from Windhoek towards Etosha National Park. A brief stop at Otjiwarongo or Outjo will be made for a light lunch. The afternoon will be spent on a leisurely game drive through the park, pausing at waterholes where there is a chance to observe large populations of zebra, giraffe, elephant, rhino, and various antelope species. Arrival at the accommodation will coincide with sunset. Dinner will conclude the day’s adventure, and a good night’s rest will prepare everyone for the next day’s early start.
Etosha National Park to Etosha Village
Okaukuejo Waterhole - An early start is encouraged to enjoy the natural surroundings and fresh air. Following breakfast, the game drive will commence, offering a wonderful exploration of the park’s waterholes. The Etosha Pan (salt pan) will be visited before continuing the drive across the park in search of the Big 4 and other wildlife. A light lunch will provide a chance to recharge for the next adventure. After a brief rest, the final waterhole visit will offer a last opportunity to appreciate Namibia’s beauty. Arrival at Okaukuejo will be in the late afternoon, with departure from the park before sunset, allowing for one last view of a reservoir and another stunning African sunset before resting.
Etosha to Windhoek
Etosha Pan - Prepare for a scenic journey back to Windhoek, passing through towns and rural areas. A stop will be made in the small town of Okahandja, known for Namibia’s largest wood carving market. The market operates on a local cooperative basis and offers a wide selection of authentic Namibian souvenirs. Arrival back in Windhoek is expected in the late afternoon or early evening, with drop-offs at the airport or accommodation as needed.
