• Xiaoling Tomb of the Ming Dynasty - Begin the day by meeting the guide at the hotel lobby in Nanjing city or at the Nanjing Railway Station. The tour typically starts with a visit to the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the resting place of the Hongwu Emperor, the founder of the Ming dynasty. It is situated at the southern base of Purple Mountain, to the east of Nanjing’s historical center.
• Zhonghua Gate (Zhonghuamen Castle) - In the afternoon, proceed to the Ming City Wall and Zhonghua Gate. Discover the castle-like ancient city gate, notable for its massive masonry walls, deep arched gateways, and multiple courtyards. Learn about the military strategies used to defend against enemies and protect the city in ancient times.
• Zhanyuan Garden - Then, visit Zhanyuan Garden and enjoy a walk along the Fuzi Miao (Confucian Temple Area). There is an option to visit the Confucius Temple and the old examination museum, or take a boat ride on the Qinghuai River before savoring a delicious local lunch.
• Jiming Temple - Continue to Jiming Temple, where you can explore the temple complex with its various chambers and magnificent Buddha statues. Observe local prayers and take in the scenic views of the surroundings.
• Xuanwu Lake - Admire the stunning lake view, surrounded by historic pavilions, shaded trees, lotus flowers, and small bridges. Explore the garden on foot or by electric car, and enjoy the city’s beauty and tranquility.

Once the tour concludes, the guide will return you to your hotel in Nanjing or accompany you to the Nanjing Railway Station.
