Great Experience!!! - Extremely easy to book through Viator and APEX was immediatly in contact with me about our itinerary. They offered great suggestions that we loved. I changed our itinerary a few times and they went right along with it. Alex was a great driver with APEX and wouldn't hesitate to book him again. Thanks!!

Great Napa Experience - We couldn’t have had a better experience with Apex and our driver, Don, was a huge reason for that!
I was in Napa for work and had Apex pick my wife up from the airport to bring her to Napa. They sent a Female driver (without request) knowing she was traveling alone which was a nice touch.
Our driver (Don) for our day in Napa was amazing. He was super knowledgeable about the area but more importantly was extremely nice, friendly, and funny. He would get out of the car and take pictures of us at all the stops and text them to us with a description. He elevated our enjoyment of the day so much.
Apex as a whole was helpful in sending information and sample itineraries ahead of time.
Overall we could t have had a better experience and will absolutely use them again!

Fantastic - The limo was absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Our driver was Aziz, he was wonderful, when we return to Napa we would request your company again and we will ask for Aziz.

Best Napa driver - This experience exceeded all expectations. Our driver (AZ) was top-notch. He has the best personality and was very knowledgeable. Recommendations for lunch were amazing. We had him for 2 days and had a stress-free werkend celebrating our anniversary. We will be back and will call Apex and AZ.

Extraordinary Car, Limo and SUV service. - Apex is Extremely professional, courteous, punctual and always reliable. The drivers are knowledgeable and we always feel safe. An absolutely flawless solution to dealing with traffic or trying to manage everything on your own. My family and I have used Apex for over a decade for business and pleasure. Amazing honeymoon experience with DON - My wife and I were on our honeymoon in Napa valley and very excited to go wine tasting. In the weeks leading up to our booking, I was contacted and asked for our itinerary which I felt to be a wonderful perk. I also asked about adding an additional hour to our tour, to which I was told it was very easy to add an hour and it would get added onto our final pricing.
Fast forward to day of - DON, the most amazing chauffeur/driver in Napa, texted me 15 minutes before our departure time that he would be arriving on time. From just that initial text I knew we would be having an amazing day.
DON arrived early, waited for us and welcomed us with open arms. He congratulated us on our marriage and wished us the best for our future. From there he took us to the four wineries we had reservations for, and even added in BV tasting room since we had some time. DON also suggested a place to get lunch that was fantastic, and he educated us on the valley throughout our day.
I would recommend Apex and DON for anyone looking to have an amazing experience wine tasting in Napa Valley.

Great service and driver - The booking process was really easy and we received regular contact from Apex regarding our booking. Prior to our trip I had some questions regarding scheduling a day of wine tasting and they were really helpful in recommendations and fitting with the bookings I'd made. They were also able to recommend a lovely deli to order lunch from as food options are limited. Alex, our driver was really friendly and had great local knowledge and information. He collected our pre-booked lunch and took us to a small winery where we were able to eat whilst having an impromptu tasting before our next scheduled visit. Alex also helped us by giving us some tips to plan a day of visiting other wineries ourselves the next day.
I would do your research before you go as with so many wineries to choose from, it can be a bit daunting putting a schedule together, especially as many don't allow walk-ins.
The car was spotless and comfortable, bottled water was also provided. Highly recommended.

Poor communication - The communication with the company missed a key step :we went with their recommended itinerary however we were never informed that we were responsible to make the reservations.
Thank goodness our driver Don was quick on his feet and put all the last minute reservations together for us.
