Enjoyable ride - The staff was helpful and friendly. The bikes were in good condition. We took the 17-mile Rutherford loop, which was rather flat but along roads that didn’t always have a shoulder for bikes. However, traffic wasn’t bad. We enjoyed the scenery, and there were many vineyards on the route. We recommend that you make reservations ahead of time if you wish to visit one.

Excellent customer service - Excellent customer service! Cameron arrived immediately after we called with a flat tire to swap bikes out for us. We had an excellent great day of biking, site seeing, and touring!

Made for my favorite day on the trip! - We took a day to travel with e bikes. The company was fantastic - rental process was simple, they were very organized and knowledgeable about the area and they had our safety in mind by providing clear directions and route recommendations based on our plans. All the equipment worked well. I would highly recommend this as a way to enjoy the area in a different way.

E Bike Fun - The E bikes are excellent! They are in great shape and easy to use. Biking on the Napa Vine Trail is safe and easy. I highly recommend renting these E bikes .

Ebikes on the Vine Trail - Fun time riding ebikes on the Napa Valley Vine Trail from St Helena to Calistoga. Staff were very helpful and gave us a great lunch suggestion!

Great bike rental company - Great experience renting 3 pedal assisted electric bikes for the full day. Our bikes were ready when we arrived, had our names on then and we were given a demonstration on how to use them. We were also given maps so we knew where to ride and we visited 2 wineries during the day. The first winery we made some purchased and they came to pick it up for us. They also delivered lunch to our second winery to enjoy with our tasting. It was such a smooth, easy and convenient process to use Napa Valley bike tours out of Yountville. I would highly recommend them when you are in Napa!!!!

I’d do this again. And again. And again . . . - My wife and and I picked up 2 e-bikes in Napa and headed towards Yountville. What a wonderful way to spend apart of our day. The staff was GREAT. Very accommodating and explained everything. Check in was a breeze. The bike path was just as nice.

EBiking in Yountville - Bikes have fanny packs attached and cords for attaching backpack or small cooler. Bring water or buy water at the Viator location before you go!

Love the Vine Trail! - We actually rode the St. Helena section of the trail and were able to make several winery stops along the way. Beautiful landscape the entire ride! Tim at Napa Valley Bike Tours was super helpful in getting us set up and on our way. One of our riders had a flat tire after returning from a winery visit and Tim drove right out with a new bike so we could continue our ride. Great experience all around!
