Great Visit in Napa - We really appreciated Anthony’s attentiveness to our needs. He had a great personality and was very friendly. We booked all our winery visits ourselves at 3 wineries before booking the driver and so I planned out the schedule since I had visited Napa before and knew where to go. Anthony replaced our waters after each visit and offered other beverages, he ran and got us a sandwich during one of our tours so we didn’t waste any time standing in line at the sandwich place. He took a wrong turn once and was so apologetic and made sure we knew he wouldn’t charge us. He really wanted us to have a great day and stayed close by the winery so when we were done he was waiting right up front. I would recommend Anthony and use him again!

First Class Experience! - I actually got referred to Valley luxury car services after I booked another driver who declined my request and told me not to tell Viator he canx. But, it worked out for me because Anthony, our driver made my birthday one to remember! He was courteous, communicative, and asked about any snacks we may want prior to our booking. On the day of our booking he confirmed our plans and that the wineries we selected were good ones and was very knowledgeable about them as well as the area. He arrived at the first destination ahead of schedule and waited outside for us. We went to 3 different places and he got the door for us at each stop (mind you it poured down rain the entire time) and even bought umbrellas because we didn’t think to bring any. We enjoyed the snacks we requested during the ride and he let us blast our music the entire time. Towards the end of our booking, and having a little more time left he drove us to a friend of his bar and my friend and I enjoyed last glass of champagne and toasted to Anthony for showing us such a great time. If you want to book a car service that really caters to its clientele and cares about making sure you get what you asked for this is the one. If I find myself in the Napa area again, I will definitely be booking with Anthony again in the future.
