Napa Valley wine tour - Booked this Napa Valley tour at the last minute and Rodney & his concierge team immediately contacted me and helped plan a fantastic day to some great wineries. Our driver FA was very professional & on-time and he ensured that we had a great time. I also appreciated that all the fees were included in the price so we were not surprised by any additional cost once we returned from a great day. I would definitely recommend this tour and I will book another private tour the next time we are in town!

Limo through wine country - Champion did a great job. I thought this was going to be a group tour in the limo, but we had it all to ourselves. Vanessa did well setting up the wineries and our driver gave us a bit of history and highlights along the way.

The winery they picked out for us was awesome. - We had a blast. The owner and the staff were amazing. They are so easy to work with. I would recommend them. Very friendly. I would highly recommend them.

Fun day in Napa - The experience was ok. There were some road closures that delayed our trip which was fine but also cut time out of our experience. One of the tastings that was scheduled was canceled due to the road closures. So was only able to enjoy one tasting. F.A was a great driver he got us to and from safely. I just wish the company was aware of the closures before hand. It all worked out in the end and we enjoyed what we could. I would definitely recommend using transportation if you plan on visiting Napa from SF or Oakland.

Driver provided WRONG itinerary from company! - 3-stars because of the overall lack of communication from my trip coordinator, Vanessa. The driver and the limo ride itself was great, but some pre-communication details made this absolutely not worth what was spent for it. Over the course of months between booking this service and our actual wine tour date, I emailed many times with Vanessa to work on creating the itinerary of wineries and verify limo details/questions (like what we can bring on, etc.). I had decided on an itinerary early on which she confirmed, but after more planning & research I later mapped out a new itinerary which worked and she again confirmed. The day of the tour it was discovered that THE DRIVER WAS PROVIDED THE OLD ITINERARY, NOT THE NEW ONE. Had I not been eagerly watching my map in the limo to see where we’d be turning into our first winery, I wouldn’t have seen the second that he passed the road - I immediately stopped him to make sure he knew where he was going and he was confused, referencing his itinerary which I said was the old one! I then had to direct him to the winery myself because his GPS wasn’t working, and we were rushed & almost late to our tasting reservation which would’ve literally forfeited almost $500. I sent him the new itinerary myself and the rest of the day went smoothly, but it could’ve started as a disaster. Other communication problems were getting no responses from Vanessa and I’d have to follow-up days later with another email to get a response, or asking a few questions in one email and only getting answers to some - so I then would have to ask again, or being told I’d be emailed something and not receive it when I was told (“by the end of the day” - two different times!). Again, the limo driver was nice and the experience was obviously more fun than an SUV or shuttle, but I would recommend extreme communication/confirmation every step of the way if you book this company.

Horrible experience - Horrible experience with Viator. Opt to 6H Napa Valley winery tours on Limousine. Coworkers flew all the way to Napa on Friday August 16th to do the tours but Rodney (contracted Limo) did not show up. We called Rodney and was told he did not get the confirmation from Viator. When we contacted Viator (Kim) customer service said confirmation was sent to Rodney. I do not know who drop the ball but we were the one suffered because of this unprofessional people. Viator couldnt find anyone to pick us up or any alternate tours to accomodate us. I will never recommend Viator again. This was a nightmare experience.
