  They will stroll around Sonoma Plaza, sampling olive oil and cheese in the park, and learn about General Mariano Vallejo, The Sonoma Mission, Toscano Hotel, The Barracks where Vallejo’s troops were stationed in the 1840s, along with other historic buildings surrounding the Plaza.
