Highly recommend - Awesome guide! Fun way to see Naples! Interesting history, incredible homes, beautiful beaches are all part of this tour.

Diego was an awesome tour... - Diego was an awesome tour guide! Highly recommend! Super accommodating to all levels. You can cruise and have the equipment do the work, or if you're feeling spry, can pedal the whole way. Either way, amazing way to the city and some massive homes.

Naples tour - This was a great tour to get to see some of the millionaires and billionaires homes plus take in some of the town of Naples. Our guide was very knowledgeable.

Fun but some suggestions - Our guide, Diego and his assistant were great!
Suggestions: 1. Do not have 3 wheel Trikes, mopeds and bikes all tour together. Doesn’t work well.
2. Have a tour guide for every 10 people or less. We had 2 guides for about 25 people.
3. Pre-tour: Have bike helmets out and available. Help customers with their bike fit, i.e. bike size and seat height. Have customers take their bike for a pre-tour ride to make sure they are comfortable with their bike.
4. We had trouble finding the bike tour meeting spot bc there was no mention in TripAdvisor or confirmation email that the bike shop was inside Tin City.
I may be mistaken but I do not recall there being any mention when we signed up with TripAdvisor that we would have to pay sales tax when we arrived for the tour.
The tour itself was fun and we all enjoyed it. Thanks…

Not a very good tour - We had signed up for a bike tour and were thrown in with etrikes and scooters. Not much to the tour, but it was all that could be done I guess. Were told bottled water was furnished but did not happen

This was an 18 person... - This was an 18 person bike tour should have been 8. We had mixed modes of transportation. Bikes, mopeds and trikes. So as a result we just went really slowly on a single line without any commentary in between stops. And at stops the commentary was brief to keep us moving. I know because I’ve taken the tour in a prior year. want half my money back. This was not worth the price whatsoever.

Guided Bike Tour Downtown Naples - After driving an hour to Naples for the guided bike ride it was cancelled at the very last minute (the start time) as we went to check in. Very disappointing!! Then we had an hour drive back home with our out of town guests.
Would not recommend this experience as last minute cancellations without any notification is a very bad business practice and very uncaring of people’s time.
