- Our bicycle rental service is designed for riders who have previous cycling experience; this ensures not only the safety of the rider but also the optimal use and care of the bicycles throughout the rental period.
- Riders under 18 years of age are required to provide their own helmet.
- Bicycles are delivered directly to your specified location—be it your home, hotel, or vacation rental—between 8:00 AM and 11:30 AM on the first day of your rental period.
- On the final day of your rental, we will pick up the bikes from the same location between 2:30 PM and 6:00 PM. Please ensure the bicycles are ready for collection within this window.

Despite a glitch with reservation system, Teddy was extremely helpful in getting us our 2 bikes!! Bikes are great and in excellent shape. Great experience, would rent again from them.

We are first time customers and we rented two multi-speed bikes. These bikes were the nicest bikes we have rented in our many years of renting from other bike rental businesses in the area. We will definitely rent from Naples Rent a Bike again next year!
