Strongly recommend! - This was one of the better eco tours I've ever been on. Derek was extremely knowledgeable, patiently answered a lot of questions, and tailored the tour to our interests. And a portion of the tour fee goes to conservation of the beautiful place!

Loved the mangrove tunnels! - Great time kayaking with Evan. He was very knowledgeable and shared a lot of fun facts about the estuary and rookery. He worked hard for us, including some spontaneous diving under water to look for starfish and sea sponges. Beautiful views traversing the mangrove tunnels. Definitely recommend!

Kayak Eco Tour - The guides did a great job. They were attentive to each and every individual in the group. They were very informative about all the animal and aquatic life in and around the area. They explained the benefits of the mangroves to the coastal areas of Florida. I had a great time.

Awesome kayaking! - We rented kayaks from rising tide last weekend and it was such a lovely experience. Beautiful day on the water at rookery bay, kayaks were in awesome shape. We got to see manatees, stingrays, starfish, and a lot of different birds. The guides were kind and very knowledgeable. This was my second time out with this company and I highly recommend for anyone visiting south Florida, or just looking for a new way to explore!

Excellent tour with passionate guides - We had an amazing time with Rising Tide Tours, guided by Gerald, Selena, and Parker. They took us through beautiful mangroves and mud flats, where we spotted birds, gastropods, and crustaceans. Kayaking through the mangrove tunnels was peaceful and stunning, and we even saw a dolphin up close, which was a real highlight. The guides were incredibly knowledgeable and passionate, sharing great educational and conservation information throughout the tour. Our two younger kids had a great time and stayed engaged the whole way. Selena took photos during our kayaking trip and they are able to be downloaded free of charge after the tour. You also get free admission into the Rookery Bay Education Center after the tour. This was a fun, relaxing, and informative experience for the whole family. Highly recommend!
