Personalized Tour with a Bumpy Start Because of Us (Not the Tour Guide’s Fault) - Let me just say that even before the tour was going to start, my son and I got lost and mixed up at various stations, and then stuck in traffic when we chose to take a cab.
Regardless, we let Matheus know and he was the most accommodating tour guide I have ever met. Not only did he allow us to start the tour late, but also allowed us to swap the cross bikes with e-bikes.
Based on what my son said, Matheus was a very knowledgeable guide that provided insights on every stop they took. He was patient, understanding, and most of all, very personal as we learned a lot about him, as well as Nara.
I would easily recommend this tour, and if possible, give a 10/5 because I think he deserves it that much. Thank you again Matheus!

The best bike tour ever! - A real guided experience delivered by experts who tells and shows you hidden secrets and spots in the town. I loved it!!
The only attention point is the office distance from Nara Park and metro station.

A great ride and a friendly guide. - A great day with a wonderful guide. There engine was great and even I, an overweight 60 year Old very occasional bike rider, was asked to manage. Mattheus was very informative and a friendly guy to ride with. The locations on the tour were very interesting and with sufficient stops to broke up the riding.

Great bike tour with Christophe! - Great day in Nara biking Christophe. We Our Our family enjoyed learning about Buddhist Temple & Shinto Shrine. it was amazing to see crowds coming to pray at the new year. Biking is a fun way to explore Nara. We’ll be back for another ride.

We had a fantastic time on the bike tour of Nara - We had the best day on our bike tour of Nara. Our guide Christophe was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. It was a great way to see Nara. We definitely recommend this tour. It was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan.

The best way to experience Nara - What an Incredible day! Perfect way to experience Nara. Chris was a wonderful guide; Friendly, fun, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasant amount of exercise without being strenuous or exhausting and the deer were all so cute.

Book this tour NOW!!! You will NOT regret it! - My friend and I met at the meeting spot a few minutes late, but Jerome, our tour guide, waited for us. Jerome is very kind as he made sure to adjust our bikes to our height and provided us helmets and glasses. It is a very pleasant experience biking through the countryside of Nara and having interesting conversations with Jerome. Our first stop was Nara Park and we got to feed the deer. We also got to see Kodaiji temple where I bought plenty of souvenirs, wrote on a roof tile, and stamped my passport. The bike ride itself was not strenuous and was fairly easy. The weather was very hot that day, but Jerome brought an ice cold water bottle for us to share. After the tour was over, Jerome guided us to a bus stop and we departed ways. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely do it again!

Great full service. Deer were adorable, just listen to your guides instructions - Thank you Elodie fun a great and enjoyable experience. Your instructions on how to safely feed the deer were perfect! And thank you for helping me with arranging my next spot I had to make it to!

Nara cycling tour - Our guide was so nice and friendly! The tour itself was so fun and relaxing and by cycling it was easier to explore those areas. We had a good time thank you very much!

Bike tour of Nara! - Just want to say Melody was a great bicycle tour host. She provided us with nice bikes that fit our size and lots of safety info. She also provided many facts about all locations and gave us plenty of time. The trip to knife makers shop was great for shopping.
I did find it odd that she would only take photos of us with her phone which was a much older phone/camera than my IPhone. The pics were to be available at a later date (after we posted a positive review?)
We did not receive a What’s App communication until the morning of, and it was from someone in another city not the actual leader of the tour. Turns out we got on the wrong bus and were going to be a little late but after all the rushing we were the only ones on the tour, which would have been nice to know at the time. I would still recommend this tour and especially with Melody. We got to ride bikes in Japan!
