Nairobi to Masai Mara

Masai Mara National Reserve - In the early morning, guests will be collected from their hotel and taken to the meeting point between 7:00-7:30 am. The safari journey begins at 8:30 am, heading to Masai Mara with a brief pause at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint, offering a chance to admire and photograph the stunning scenery. The journey continues through Narok Town, reaching Masai Mara around 1:30 pm. Upon arrival, guests will check into their camp, enjoy lunch, and after some relaxation, embark on a late afternoon game drive in the renowned Masai Mara National Reserve until the park closes at 6:30 pm. Dinner and overnight accommodation will be at a budget tented camp with self-contained tents.

Masai Mara Full Day

Maasai Mara National Reserve - This day is packed with excitement! After an early breakfast and with a picnic lunch in hand, guests will spend the entire day exploring this extraordinary park, which is the northern extension of the famous Serengeti National Park. There will be an opportunity to visit the Mara River at the border of Masai Mara and Serengeti Park, where a large concentration of wildlife can be observed. Lunch will be enjoyed by the river under a tree within the park. In the evening, back at the camp, there is an option to participate in a walking safari leading to a Maasai village. This optional activity costs an additional USD $10 to $20, negotiable and payable directly at the village. Dinner and overnight stay will be at the camp.

Masai Mara - Nairobi

Nairobi - After breakfast, guests can delve into the rich cultural heritage of the Maasai people with a visit to a traditional Maasai village (Optional activity costing $20 per person, payable at the village).

This unique experience provides insight into their authentic lifestyle, showcasing vibrant traditions, intricate beadwork, and their harmonious relationship with nature.

Guests will have the chance to interact with the welcoming Maasai community, learn about their customs and beliefs, and even join in traditional dances and songs. This unforgettable cultural encounter will leave a lasting impression on both visitors and the host community.

Check out is around 9:00 am, followed by a drive back to Nairobi with a lunch stop. Arrival in Nairobi is expected around 3:30 pm, where guests will be returned to their hotel, carrying incredible memories of their Masai Mara adventure.
