Nairobi - Masai Mara

Masai Mara National Reserve - The journey begins with meeting the driver guide at the Nairobi Hotel or airport, followed by a transfer to the office for payment and briefing. The safari departs between 0800 hrs and 0830 hrs, covering 270kms to Masai Mara with two stops. The first stop is at a viewpoint to admire the escarpment wall, and the second is at Narok Town for an early lunch and shopping. Upon arrival at Miti Mingi Eco Camp, guests check-in, enjoy a short rest, and then embark on an evening game drive until sunset. Dinner is served at 1900hrs, followed by a bonfire and overnight stay.

Masai Mara National Reserve

Masai Mara National Reserve - After breakfast at the campsite, guests collect picnic lunch boxes and head to Masai Mara game reserve for a full-day safari. This popular reserve is home to numerous wild animal species and a variety of birds. With at least 8 hours of game viewing, visitors can explore the reserve’s beauty. The Masai Mara is renowned for the annual migration of Wildebeest and Zebras, and a game drive to the Mara River is a must. The game drive continues until 1700hrs, after which guests return to the camp for optional activities such as a nature walk, relaxation, or visiting the local community. Dinner and overnight stay are at Miti Mingi Eco Camp.

Masai Mara - Lake Nakuru

Lake Nakuru - At 0600am, guests enjoy a cup of tea or coffee before departing for a morning game viewing. This early start offers a chance to see the sunrise and track wildcats as they hunt. With some luck, guests may witness a hunt and kill by the wild cats. By 0830am to 0900am, they return to the campsite for a full breakfast, then check out and leave the Masai Mara region for Lake Nakuru. There is an optional stopover at Lake Naivasha for activities at an additional cost. Upon arrival in Nakuru, guests check-in at CityMax Hotel, enjoy leisure time in the evening, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Lake Nakuru - Amboseli

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, guests embark on a 4-hour game drive at Lake Nakuru National Park, known for its endangered Rhino species. Depending on the season and water level, the park is also famous for Flamingos. All the Big Five, except Elephants, can be spotted here. Later, guests leave Lake Nakuru National Park and drive to Amboseli National Park, with a stopover for lunch and a route via Nairobi. The journey continues on the busy Nairobi Mombasa Highway. Guests arrive at Amboseli camp before sunset, proceed to the campsite for check-in, dinner, and overnight stay.

Amboseli National Park

Amboseli National Park - After breakfast, guests set out for a full day of game viewing. The park is famous for its large herds of Elephants and views of Mount Kilimanjaro, located in Tanzania. It also hosts a variety of wildlife that grazes in the park’s swampy areas. Visitors may spot all the Big Five with stunning views from all directions. A picnic lunch is enjoyed at the mountain’s base, and the game drive continues until 0500pm. Guests then return to the lodge or camp for optional activities, followed by dinner and an overnight stay.

Amboseli - Namanga - Arusha

Arusha - An early morning game drive from 0600am to around 0830am is followed by a return to the lodge for a full breakfast. After the game drive, guests leave Amboseli and proceed to the Namanga border, where they bid farewell to their Kenya Guide. After visa processing, a shuttle bus driver will transport them to Arusha. Upon arrival, guests meet the driver and are transferred to the Arusha Hotel for an overnight stay. The evening is free for leisure activities, such as exploring the streets of Arusha, before returning to the hotel for dinner and overnight.

Arusha - Serengeti

Serengeti National Park - After breakfast at the Arusha Hotel, guests meet the staff and driver guide for a trip briefing. They then depart Arusha for a 6-hour drive to Serengeti National Park, with lunch en route. Upon arrival at the main gate, registration is completed, followed by a game drive to the camp located in Central Serengeti. A 3-hour game drive is scheduled for the day, with dinner served at Seronera Camp and an overnight stay at the Seronera campsite.

Serengeti - Ngorongoro

Ngorongoro Crater - After an early morning breakfast, guests leave for a morning game drive, enjoying at least 6 hours of exploration. A picnic lunch is followed by an optional stopover at the Olduvai Gorge museum before driving to the Ngorongoro Conservancy area. The Olduvai Gorge museum, where mankind’s remains were discovered, offers educational insights. Guests arrive at the Ngorongoro Conservancy Area in the evening, proceed to the campsite for dinner, and stay overnight.

Ngorongoro - Arusha

Arusha - Breakfast is served at the campsite before guests leave with a picnic lunch for an exciting game drive. The Ngorongoro Crater, one of the world’s wonders, offers at least 6 hours of exploration. With packed lunch, guests descend the crater for wildlife viewing, including rare black Rhinos, buffalos, Elephants, Zebras, and Wildebeest. After a picnic at the crater rim, guests ascend to the main gate and drive back to Arusha, where they are dropped off at the Arusha Hotel for a bed and breakfast stay.

Departure

Nairobi - After breakfast at the Charity Hotel, a partner will be ready to transport guests to the airport for their flight to Zanzibar. Thank you for choosing us for your African safari.
