Arrival and the Masai Mara Experience

As the plane descended into Nairobi, I felt a familiar thrill of anticipation. Africa has always held a special place in my heart, and this time, I was about to embark on the Kenya Safari that promised to be both thrilling and sustainable. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by Felister, whose reputation for seamless organization preceded her. Her genuine smile and welcoming demeanor set the tone for what would be an unforgettable journey.

Our adventure began with a drive to the Masai Mara National Reserve, a place that never ceases to amaze me with its vast savannahs and rich biodiversity. Our guides, Shem and Joseph, were not only experts in navigating the terrain but also passionate storytellers who brought the landscape to life. As we ventured into the heart of the reserve, the sight of lions lounging under acacia trees and elephants marching across the plains was nothing short of magical.

One of the most exhilarating moments was witnessing the early stages of the Great Migration. Our final destination was Amboseli National Park, renowned for its breathtaking views of Mount Kilimanjaro and its abundant elephant herds.
