Nairobi to Maasai Mara

Maasai Mara National Reserve - At 8:00 am, the operator will pick you up from your hotel, airport, or residence to begin the journey to Maasai Mara. The route includes a stop at the Great Rift Valley viewpoint for 10-15 minutes to enjoy the scenery. Lunch will be served at the camp in Maasai Mara. In the afternoon, after checking in, you will embark on a sunset game drive in the Mara Reserve from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. Return to the camp for a buffet dinner, followed by a restful night. The tents are equipped with a toilet, shower, bed, linen, and mosquito nets. Electricity is available from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm and from 6:00 am to 8:00 am.

Masai Mara Reserve is Kenya’s most popular tourist destination, situated in the Great Rift Valley with predominantly open grassland. Wildlife is most abundant on the reserve’s western escarpment, making it a prime location for wildlife viewing.

Full Day Masai Mara Game Drive

Maasai Mara National Reserve - At approximately 7:00 am, after breakfast, you will set out for a full day of exploration in Masai Mara, seeking the Big Five and witnessing the annual wildebeest migration, which involves over 1.5 million animals arriving in July and leaving in November. This extraordinary migration, exclusive to Maasai Mara, is considered the seventh wonder of the world. A picnic lunch will be provided in the park. You will visit the site of the annual wildebeest migration and observe the resident crocodiles and hippos along the Mara River, then continue the game drive in the Mara Reserve.

Masai Mara to Lake Nakuru National Park

Lake Nakuru - After an early breakfast, depart for Lake Nakuru, with a brief stop at a Maasai Village for a cultural experience. Learn about the Maasai community and interact with the local Maasai people as you leave Maasai Mara.

Continue the drive to Nakuru, arriving in time for check-in and lunch.

Enjoy an evening game drive in Lake Nakuru National Park.

Lake Nakuru National Park to Nairobi

Lake Nakuru - After an early breakfast, check out and depart by 7:00 am directly to the park. This small park is home to magnificent, rare white rhinos, part of the Big Five, and possibly pink flamingos. The game drive lasts 3 hours, followed by a 3-hour drive back. Lunch will be at a traveler’s motel along the way.
