Great safari experience - Great value for the price — truly exceeded expectations. Our guide Lorenz was a real professional, very knowledgeable, and always respectful of safari rules, which made the whole experience feel safe and authentic. Plenty of water was provided (huge plus 😄), and we could stop for the toilet whenever needed. Overall, a very comfortable, well-organized, and enjoyable safari. Highly recommend!

efficient and communicated well, ensuring our trip ran smoothly from Start to finish - I joined a fantastic safari in the Mara with David Mukami as my guide. He was attentive and knowledgeable, happily sharing fascinating facts about the animals we saw and always willing to answer questions. David had an excellent connection with other safari guides and coordinated with them to ensure I was able to see as much wildlife as possible, including some incredible live action such as a cheetah hunt and lions and lionesses enjoying a meal. We also saw chubby hippos and snappy crocodiles, among many other animals. David’s cheerful and funny nature made the long safari light-hearted and very enjoyable. The tour operator David works for was also efficient and communicated well, ensuring our trip ran smoothly from the initial booking in London to being on site at the wonderful Jambo Mara Lodge. Everything was well thought out, from the catering at our accommodation—which was absolutely delicious—to the tasty packed lunches provided for our days out in the wild. I would highly recommend David and his team for future safari tours.

A great guide for a great time - We booked a 3 day tour from Nairobi to Masai Mara. Everything was well organized and went as planned. Robert is a good driver and the safari was exceptional.He is very good at his job: we saw the "big 5" in one day and particularly a leopard, lions and cheetas from very close, and many elephants, hippos, and many more. Overall we had an amazing time.

Best days in Masai Mara - The operator and Tour guide Ken were awesome. They managed everything so well. If I ever visit Masai Mara I would definitely book through them. It’s been a pleasure. I had spent the best 2 days of my life in Masai Mara.

Masai Mara - a guaranteed highlight - Jocky Tours arranged a 3-day safari for me to the Masai Mara, which included an evening game drive and a full day in the reserve. Communication throughout the booking process was clear, and the accommodation they recommended—Jambo Mara Lodge—was excellent. I joined an existing group and was lucky to end up with a fun, friendly crew. Our safari guide, Dennis, was fantastic. Quiet and soft-spoken, but incredibly knowledgeable and constantly coordinating with rangers and other drivers to make sure we didn’t miss any key sightings. Thanks to him, we had about 15 unforgettable minutes alone with two lionesses and their cubs. He clearly knows the park inside out and had plenty of insight to share. We managed to see everything except the elusive rhino. On the last day, we chose to visit a Masai village. The community was very welcoming, and it was fascinating to learn about their way of life. Do bring some cash if you’d like to purchase their handmade crafts—it's a meaningful way to support their livelihood. My only caution is the long 6–7 hour drive from Nairobi. It’s not the most comfortable journey, and the seats in our vehicle were a bit worn. After five hours in the back row, my body definitely felt it. Thankfully, during the actual safari drives, you can stand up in the jeep, which makes a big difference. Overall, the Masai Mara is a guaranteed highlight, and Jocky Tours delivered a memorable experience.

Great Safari Experience - The whole experience was absolutely incredible, John Walter was the best guide! Such a great energy and always flexible to adapt our tour. Thank you so much John, you made my dream come true! The hotel was also sooo good, great food, staff was lovely (especially the cuisine chef) and the room was amazing - definetely recommend it!

Perfect days in Masai mara - I had an amazing experience with the Maasai Mara safari guide service and would highly recommend it to others. Our guide, Peter, was outstanding — he had an incredible ability to anticipate the movements of the animals, which allowed us to see them at the best possible moments. Verry good - Our safari with Jocky Tours and Safaris was an amazing experience from start to finish. The communication was excellent, the service very professional, and everything was perfectly organized. The guide Peter kapino was knowledgeable and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable and enjoying the trip. We saw incredible wildlife and felt safe at all times. Unforgettable experience - life changing! - Had an excellent time, guide was very kind, funny and knowledgable. We saw plenty of animals, they definitely undersell the accommodation. For the price you pay, it's actually very nice, with decent food.
